All though my stay was only overnight the surrounding ammeneties were very satisfactory with a large shopping facility next door as well as a small 7/11 store in the side street.Buses at the door as well as a cab stand and the train station very close by. The only problem was a significant cab ride from the air port around 45 minutes but the scenery on the way was a distraction from the length of the journey. I will definately stay again inthe near future.

Second stay at this hotel - usual high standards. Big comfy rooms WITH HEATING (not always in HK). We left something in the room and they were very very helpful in arranging the item to be sent to us via the hotel shuttle bus. Excellent.

The room is spacious, bathroom is huge and clean. Located peacefully, out of the noise of city. One nice little surprise that we didn't expect was that the hotel actually provided transportation airport hotel (you still gotta pay HKD $50 per person, though) but that beats whipping up some HKD $350 for the cab fare for the same journey. Be warned, though, for those unfamiliar with Hong Kong, you'll take around one hour by bus (or around 45 mins by MTR/KCR) to get around from hotel to town.

Ideal for anyone with previous experience of Hong Kong and its transportation system. Also an ideal location for exploring the New Territories or as a base for walking holidays. Friendly staff and good value for money.

WE liked staying at the hotel very much. It was a great surprise since we didn't expect that nice for the price we paid online (50€/night for double superior room). The only thing we regret is that in such a nice hotel, we would expect to have more services included in the price, be it a little higher. The connection to Internet in the room is very expensive and not included (60HK$/hour), all the movie channels are pay-per-view and very expensive also (98HK$/movie) and the nice little kitchen comes with no silverware, plate or dish of any kind. But those are the only things we could think of that were a shame. Nowhere is perfect, and everything else was perfect!

This is the third time I have...
This is the third time I have stayed at this excellent hotel in Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong and I will continue to use it for future visits. The rooms are large and very well equipped, including a refrigerator and cooking facilities (although you have to provide your own cooking utensils), but most visitors will not bother with this as restaurants are cheap and plentiful in Hong Kong. The hotel is a modern building consisting of two 28-storey towers overlooking Tin Shui Wai park at the rear. It is well maintained and gives an overall impression of space and cleanliness. There are numerous facilities available e.g. swimming pool, gymnasium but I have not used any of these. Staff are courteous, very helpful and also speak English. Transport connections are excellent. Tin Shui Wai bus terminus is adjacent to Tower 1. Buses run from here to many destinations, including the airport, although the hotel does provide its own shuttle bus to Tsim Sha Tsui and the airport at cost. There is a light rail station (Ginza) immediately opposite Tower 2 which gives excellent connections to other rail links (MTR, KCR)enabling you to travel all over Hong Kong easily and cheaply. I would advise anyone planning to use public transport to buy an Octopus Card when they arrive in Hong Kong (airport arrivals hall). This is an extremely convenient way to pay for goods and services and is accepted on buses, trains, ferries, some taxis, and numerous shops and restaurants. It can be topped up at will at convenience stores and larger railway stations. If you wish to travel by taxi, there is a taxi rank situated between Tower 1 and Tower 2, although the drivers do not normally speak English. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to escape the noise and bustle of Kowloon and Hong Kong Island and who feels confident to use the excellent public transport system to visit the tourist attractions.

This hotel overall was very good and...
This hotel overall was very good and particularly good value for money. Although out of the centre of Hong Kong, which may not be perfect for business people, on holiday there is no great rush and the mini bus was very cheap at 18 HK$ and very reliable. The rooms were very clean, spacious and comfortable. The only slight drawback was that although a kitchen area was provided with microwave, cooker and fridge, there was no crockery or cutlery provided so we had to purchase our own, but even that was no big deal as there is a very large supermarket right next door. The staff were acceptable but could work on being a little more friendly. All in all I would be happy to stay here again.
