The hotel list as a five star...
The hotel list as a five star hotel, but they do not have any support for businessmen the problems list below that they can not help the guest or make immediately when the guest made complaint such;
1. They have no information number to help the guest
to make flight for confirmation,( when first
night arrive)
2. The distance to main city is one hour a way, they
have limit of information to told the guest to the
tour place, instead make arrange for the guest,
3. On reservation, I request prefer not smoking room, they have asign me at a floor that is none smoking room, but a day later, some guest made smoke in that floor at waiting hall, it makes entire floor are smoking, and went to my room, I make complaint, they did not sent any one to make immediately check or make they a way, I went to the hotel mall for shopping, two hours later, I came back, still the same, I went to front desk make additional complaint, their is no Manager to help, and front desk don't care, I had to suffer for that night, the next day, smoke still in the entire floor at the hall way.
4. The hotel shot down the water after 11PM, when I return from shoping, it doesn't have nowater presure for toilet to flashing.
With above condition, I don't think I will ever travel to stay that hotel again. Sincerely Yours, Wen Chiang
