best place to stay at this price
I have stayed at this hotel many times and never had any problem .i reached hotel around 11 am well before chek in time but not a problem i got the room immediately .reception people are very quick hardly takes 2 mins or so Rooms are clean .Very safe and good place to stay for family and single .This hotel is in new territories so one has to travel to main hong kong attractions for about 30 to 45 mins but it is not a problem as there is public transport across the road and it is available almost every 5 mins .I will stay here every time i am in HKG

The hidden story
I chose to stay here as it was shown as 4 stars, said to be convenient to city and had shuttle service. I decided to pay the higher fee, to have a superior stay in Hong Kong.
Convenient, it is not. About as far away as you can get..two hours plus from the border. 1 hour to downtown by metro..50 dollars for 2 each way. Shuttle service is a fee run operation, 44 dollars each way for 2.
The room was clean, but old decor. TV old and small tube type. No tissue in bathroom. No cooking or eating utensils for the kitchen and hottop did not function. No internet service provided..you must pay 120 dollars a day plus 10% service fee. Check in time begins at 2pm. We arrived at 2:30 and room not ready..asked to wait half hour. Later, the room was given away and we had to ask for another one.
Be aware that each and every service has a 10% service fee. Coffee was soso and rather pricey. Heard that food is not good, so we did not eat there. Eating in area is also limited, but did find fast food place in front of hotel that was good.
A local person was shocked to learn that the hotel did not include a breakfast with the room. Said it was normal to do so. We were offered nothing..all for a fee.
Asked to speak to manager, but never able to make contact. Feedback on question on internet wa conveyed by front desk staff, verbally.

Hi.. there was a deduction on my Citibank card amount of SGD $120.46 on 16 July 2011, 3:40pm
I was told that it will be refunded. Pls asure that it will be refunded because full payment have been made yesterday after checked out.

Bait-and-switch
I did not receive the price advertised on Asiarooms. They charged me about 20 USD more than that. They also charged me about 20 USD for the Shuttle pick-up. Then, I had to pay 16 USD to use the internet. I stayed at this Hotel about 2 years ago and don't remember getting slammed like that. I'm on a low travel budget, so the price on Asiarooms seemed like a good deal. It ended up being about double the cost. :(
convenient location
convenient with LTR, malls, supermarket and bus terminal within walking distance
The hotel and room are great. We can slept well everynight.
The minus factor only it's far from the city. About 60 minutes aech trip using bus or MTR.
But the good thing is bus or circular train just in front of the hotel.
The assistance also good as we had lost baggage and they helpful by calling to the airport few times for checking.
We consider to stay at this hotel again on next HK visit.
Value for money, especially booked through asia rooms which quite cheap compare the hotel standard rate.
Pleasant Stay but...
A hotel with a nice view spacious and clean environment but a pity that kitchen utensils are not provided.

ok to stay for a short break, attraction around is good, e.g. HK Wetlands Park, beside that, nothing really special.
