Locate next to city walk shopping mall , got an free upgrade to executive with harbor view and an extra bed for my child.
No free internet access in rooms
I'm a very frequent traveller for bussiness. It is quite hard to come across hotel rooms with no free internet access now a days. A little disappointed.
good hotel, but no wi fi
The hotel is very good and for Hong Kong patterns it is very good value for money, but I felt in the stone age of computing. There is no wi fi in the hotel, you have to plug a cable to your computer. If you use another computer, they will charge you again. There is not a nice policy, if you travel around Asia, they have free wi fi even in very cheap hotels, even in poor countries.

the location is excellent for me as the transport in Hk is very convenient, and there were so many china tourists staying in this hotel but the check in and check out was so easy and fast. we were staying at the 73rd floor which surprisingly, the water pressure is excellent, and there were not much noise with so many tourists and rooms, and the lifts are so many and very fast to the floors. We can't even feel there were so many people staying in this hotel. The only disadvantage is there is no wifi available, but internet is available in the room. The view is excellent from the room and overall is an excellent hotel.
Need to walk about 10mins to MTR
Inconvenient for family, need to walk about 10 mins to get to Tuen Wan West MTR. No food store open in late nite at the surround area after mid night. Customers service so so fine, not friendly.
My wife and I stayed there for 4 nights, the room we got for the first night was in bad shape... dirty shower curtain, rusty soap container, shower drainage was not in working order, toliet flush was not working. Then we got upgraded to a better room with 180 seaview for 3 nights. Please note that hot water is not always available, You may not get hot water during peak hours. Drainage is another major issue no matter what type of room you get. Also, I have no idea why they put cheap wood flooring in all rooms. Front desk are always busy, way under staff. I was expecting a swimming pool and a gym but they are still under construction. Hotel is 2 years of age, but it deteriorates much faster than it supposed to be.

Great place, value for money.
Stayed for 4 nights with my 2 kids and hubby. Our room was on the 73th floor and the view was just breathtaking. Hotel location was good. Just 5 minutes walk to Tsuen Wan West MTR station and 20 minutes train ride to Tsim Sha Tsui. There is a park beside the hotel and my kids love to play there. Very safe at night and there were activities going on. The hotel is connected to Citywalk shopping mall 1 & 2 and Tsuen Wan Plaza. A great place to shop and dine. This area is less hectic compare to city. We will stay here again.
