Fairly Good In Hyderabad
On the lake which made for a beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant. That was the outstanding feature of the hotel.
The weakest thing in the hotel is the poorly trained restaurant staff, who cannot communicate in english with the foreign tourists and there was always a lot of confusion with the service pretty bad most of the time, even though there was constant hustle & bustle to be "helpful."
Our final morning we left early & did not have time to have more than toast & tea for our included complimentry breakfast buffet. We took a couple of rolls to eat on the road which created a big brouhaha with a phone call from the front desk accusing us of stealing food from the restaurant which apparently had been instantly reported by the servers. Ironically, one of the 3 of us waited 20 minutes for a cup of tea which never appeared, though we asked for it at least 4 times. There wasn't any other places to eat within walking distance, so we ate our meals at the hotel. The food was good.
