Finding this resort was an experience, even taking a prepaid taxi from Cochin for the 2hr trip as neither driver or locals were aware of the resort name change. On arrival we were offered an upgrade to a lakeside suite with access to pool area. Food in restaurant is good quality, breakfast buffet selection is limited but chef is willing to cook up any request. Staff are very freindly. Be aware that in Feb 2010 the resort doesn't have a liquor licence but look forward to visiting the gov't controlled liqour outlet 3.5 kms (take a three wheeler for added fun). Ideal for recharging those internal batteries. Resort has its own luxury houseboat but you can cut a better deal in nearby Allepey (17km).
