Only stayed one night here - and arrived very late and left very early! We ate at the Indian restaurant - and the food was excellent. The room was large and clean.
Can't comment on facilities - not there long enough. But the service was brilliant.

The staff were exceptionally helpful, polite and professional at all times. I have stayed in many 5* hotels around the world and I would consider the staff at the Metropolitan Nikko in New Delhi hard to beat.

This hotel was nice, price is ok for what you get in New Delhi, specially if you're looking for something around Connaught Place.
The room is nice and clean, but we found it really small. The bed was japanese style, that means, extremely hard!!
Service overall is very good and breakfast at the hotel is ok, could have a little bit more variety, but was good enough. They also have one of the best Japanese restaurants in India, although it's not cheap.
It is nearby Connaught Place, but not walking distance. If you take an Auto-Ricksha it will cost you about 20 rupees (aprox. 40 cents). If you can avoid eating at the hotel you will save loads of money.

This hotel is an international hotel geared for the international/business/up-market guests; the prices of the drinks and meals reflected this.
We were offered and booked a triple room but found that there were no triple rooms and an extra folding bed had to be put into the room which then rendered it small. For one night OK but not for longer.
Breakfast, included in the prices, was from a buffet and was excellent.

After travelling in North India, staying at this hotel was a most welcome rest, a haven in the midst of the chaos of Delhi - a few minutes outside the hotel entrance! Excellent facilities with very helpful staff - we will definitely recommend it to friends and a very safe place to stay in Delhi for female travellers travelling alone.

It was great wonderful stay at the hotel. The japanese restaurant sakura was an absolute treat. The rooms are very clean. The staff is very courteous.
the hotel is near to the shopping districts and that helped save a lot of time.

Next time I'll take more time to find a hotel because this hotel doesn't pleased me especially the price. The main reason why I stayed in this hotel is that they have a seperate shower that will be safe for my mother because she can't make the big step to enter a bath.
If you look at the price you'll will expect more luxury this you will have only at the entrance of the hotel and not beyond this.
For exemple there are no clocks at the entrance every 4 or 5 stars hotel have clocks sometimes they have more than one with the time of the most famnous countries, this hotel doesn't have any.
About the rooms; the rooms are very small you can't stay with three persons in one room these rooms aren't make for three persons don't speak about the suitcases you don't have space to put your suitcases in the room and if you can than the other problem will be that you can't move in the room.
The carpets I think that they haven't be changed since they exist I suggest please place wooden floors looks much better and luxury.
About the internet, use of internet should be free because most of the 5 star hotels have free use of internet because nowadays every guest has there own laptop with.
About the service it is excellent,staff are very nice and very helpfull.

This is the most fabulous hotel I have ever stayed in and I've stayed in just about every luxury hotel in the major cities! The service was impeccable, the flower arrangements unbelievable, the food terrific -- and everyone treated Americans like welcome guests! The rooms? Just fabulous. It is the highest standard and one I'll have a hard time beating! Can't wait to go back -- and just for the hotel!
