When we checked in they gave me...
When we checked in they gave me really poor room view and condition #8802. I felt like I dont deserve this type of room with the price im paying.
The bell boy helped me to call the front desk to changed the room. Then we were transferred to another room #9902 which was completely different.
Room condition and view was excellent, but the only things that lack was hot water shower...so weak. Reported the condition of the shower to the hotel, but they can not do much to fix it. I asked for a small bucket (gayung) but never received.
But overall stayed was great...thank you
