Poor Customer Service and Facilities are not well maintained
When we arrived, our booking was not recorded even though we already get the email confirmation from Asia Rooms. Once we have finally checked in, there were no towels in the room. We have to wait for an hour and called the reception/ housekeeping three times to get it. The room was pretty old and not clean enough. The cupboard door was broken and the hot water was not running properly (sometimes cold then suddenly hot). The service was also poor, there was no one to assist us with the luggage or at least offer us an assistance, even the Security Guard wasn't helping at all. Location wise, it's not as expected. We have no access to the beach, only a small area that they created for kids. The pool is the best thing but it still needs a lot of maintenance as it's already quite old and dirty. Overall, we regretted choosing this hotel.
for budget travel...
well, we only went there for 2day one night, short trip so we dont want to spend too much money cuz we think we only going to sleep one night. so we choice the cheap one.
the hotel staff is very friendly. the room size is okay. single one for 2 people. and sofa bed for our 2 kids. but the only problem is the batheroom. it cant really call a "bathroom" because it only like half sqm is at the corner of the room very very very smell with one sink, toilet. and a shower! so basely when you have shower the whole toilet and sink will get all wet, :( the mirror and the sink are all very dirty, and the pillow it smell.
they have water slide at the swimming pool. but is very old. some how you always stuck in the water slide! is dangers..
swimming pool is very dirty. looks like they havent been clean it for long time ...
my daughter got a very bad cut at her chin from the water slide, the hotel staff is very helpful but the medical kit is very poorly but they took my daughter to the clinic so is quite good
the outdoor kids play area is very good and clean ..hotel staff are very friendly

The room is wonderful, but the service...
The room is wonderful, but the service is poor.... need 6 hours to give a broom/water etc that we order more than three times by phone.
