beautiful, quiet apart from receptionist
the hotel location and and facilities are absolutely amazing!
we stayed in a garden villa and it was a dream with the view over the jungle. the staff were super helpfull and - apart from the lady who was at reception at our check in- she made us feel like we were not welcome at all and gave us the up-down looks a few times- all looked after us with a smile. Especially the driver Budi, the restaurant maitredee and the team at the pool bar! warm, smiling. helpfull and full of great suggestions of secret Ubdud places which all turned out to be great. shame about the huge construction works in te hmoment- we did not expect those and they were a little bit noisy sometimes...would def go back though

Disappointingly, they were unable to change room type from twin share to double, despite booking months in advance with that request.
Beautiful
We stayed in a wonderful Pool Villa. Completely private with a view. The staff is very attentive but the public areas need a little upgrade. We would gladly stay there again.

Perfect services, especially with children
Good spa...massages are more expansive than in Ubud...but in quiet atmosphere

ps: we were upgraded to a villa garden...so that makes the experience all the more positive...few units were being refurbished while we were there, but did not bother at all.
