We were lucky enough to be upgraded...
We were lucky enough to be upgraded upon arrival. This was a fantastic - unexpected start to our trip. The staff were absolutely superb, nothing was a problem. Free shuttle on request to local areas was an excellent service. We stayed in a 3 bedroom pool villa and felt like royalty. The kids enjoyed the private pool and the villa was bigger than our house! The furnishings, lounges, beds, big tv's, ipod docks were just awesome. If you want a few days out of the madness of Kuta/legian, this is a fantastic place for some family "chill out time" in absolute luxury.
