Best Experience
I have stayed at resorts and hotels before however staying in your Villa's was the most amazing experience I have had on a holiday. The layout of the Villa is perfect, I love how it is all open except the bedroom. The only issue was the mosquitos.
Very nice villa setup but...
The villa setup is very nice but they were very bad on accomodating our requests. We have spent more than USD 2,000 on this place and they refuse to give us 1,5 hour extra for checking out... Cleanliness can be improved a lot... Noisy family next to our villa woke us up many mornings before 7 am...
The Villas were beautiful, the private plunge...
The Villas were beautiful, the private plunge pool was a great size and the layout of the villa was exquisite. all the furnishings were excellent and we loved the location. It was unfortunate that the service was not the best, the staff were friendly and helpful however I felt that attention to detail was lacking and the room was not cleaned properly. Small details were overlooked, shampoo was not replaced, bath robes were not laundered frequently. Breakfast dishes were left in the villa far to long. Also the basic amenties were not explained. No explaination was given on how to use the safe, or the wherabouts of the spa or how to arrange the FOC transfort, we only found out about these things by accident.
