Great relaxing place
We had booked a one bedroom villa...
We had booked a one bedroom villa and were pleasantly surprised to get a larger two bedroom villa with a much larger pool. The wife and I loved the pool. The bedroom was very comfortable and large . The AC was perfect . The bathroom although large had a need for a bit of servicing. We had "geko" vistors and the mosquitoes were not worrisom. The evenings and late nights under the stars sitting in the open living room was perfect.The morning breakfast was a nice experience, although I think we over did the eating bit. This place is so quiet that may seem far into the wilderness..But actually only 100 metres from the Legian street with all the upmarket botiques and restos. There is a average heath spa only a few metres from the hotel lane ...which meant a massage and back to the room in less than 2 minutes. The hotel staff was exceptionally polite and helpful. One such that needs mention was " Rini " who helped us with our trips to the interior and also to Jogja flights.Overall first class.

The hotel is well located with lots of shops, a couple of restaurants/cafes along the main street. It's also a 5 to 10 mins taxi ride to Kuta. We booked a one bedroom villa but was given a two bedroom as they only had 3 one bedroom villas. Therefore, we got to enjoy a bigger private pool within our own villa! However, the room facilities within the villa are aging! The TV was, I think, 20' and the channels very limited. Not even offering the basic HBO or equivalent. The only Chinese channel kept having disruption and we ended up with no programme to watch. The mattress is sinking in at the centre and linen were yellowish. Room service menu was slightly pricy given the small quantity. Bathroom was big but amenities were old. The towels smells and looks more like rags, except the pool towels. The good thing is they still have staffs with excellent service and always smiling. Too pricy for such a standard but well, it's Seminyak.
