We enjoyed our stay very much, this Hotel has a small beach which some others don,t have. The pool area is nice and next door are two very good local restaurants both looking out to sea.

Poor service from bar & restaurant staff, when staff have a meal break they are not replaced, therefore no service during staff breaks.
Rooms & pools excellent.
Beach out front is polluted as from ships in harbour.

Everything was very nice and clean at this hotel. The service was nice and always available.
Two things happend, that should not happen in a hotel of this price range:
1) The breakfast was every day full of flies (this micro small flies which are everywhere), not for consumption.
2) The way how the hotel tried to convert money and how to bill pickup charges was very customer unfriendly.
In the end, it is a very beautiful hotel and very very quite (not for party people). Take care at the reception while exchanging money and you will enjoy very quite and romantic days in this hotel.

Room is nice and clean. Facilities is very comprehensive. Swimming pool is superb with ocean view. However, location is quite remote and taxi is not widely available. And, Candidasa is very quiet. Nothing there. If it is for relax and rest, this hotel is highly recommended.

A lovely secluded four star resort. Beautifully maintained with very friendly efficient staff, it is the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun beside two landscaped swimming pools. The restaurant ( some al fresco ) is high above the small beach, and looks out over islands, the bay and ships and fishing boats in the distance. Magic! There are dozens of short or daylong trips for when one is feeling energetic, and the escorted treks(easy and hard) meander through unspoiled rural villages and countryside.We have stayed at Candi Beach Cottage for the last two years for ten days and then three weeks, and can't wait to get back ! Situated on the waterfront away from the main road of Candidasa on the east coast of Bali is the Candi Beach Cottages Hotel. Facilities are good, and accommodation is comfortable if a little older in style - rooms have small balconies or verandahs and are furnished in dark Bamboo. Views are generally of other cottages and gardens. Beaches along this coastline range from non-existent to poor, however the hotel has compensated for the small beach by raising a section and then filling it with sand - ideal for sun bathing near the sea.
