The villa is in a quite remote...
The villa is in a quite remote area,however,u can really enjoy the quietness of the mountain and totally ease ur mind from the hassel and bussel of city life.Unlike what I've read from some reviews,there aren't lots mosquitoes at all and it's not as old as described in some reviews.The staff are all very friendly,their beaming and warm smiles make u feel so much welcomed.The villa although not as posh,it gives u a very homely feeling with all the little yet detailed considerations from the staff,i.e:there is a letter addressed to you on the table with a beautifully decorated basket of fresh fruits to welcome u once u opened the door.Not forget to mention the swimming pool,it's fantastic!Water very clean and it's so big!!The view from the swimming pool is superb too!We really had great stay at Bali Masari and we would definitely go back again in future.Thank you so much for your nice service!^^

The Jepun villa that we stayed had...
The Jepun villa that we stayed had a rainforest view. Sometime you can see a lady far across in the forest early in the morning. The villa can accommodate up to 4 persons as the living room comes with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed which we used most of the time during the day. This villa is located on a quiet location and you would definitely need a vehicle to reach there. Its quite a distance from the main road. We don't see any public transport around. Its recommended for a short relax stay for couples. The villa has an additional semi open air shower next to the bathroom and next to the open air shower is our plunge pool. The breakfast is satisfactory. The downside - Don't use the internet situated at their lobby as they would tell you it cost Rp25,000 for one hour and they will issue you a password but when the one hour is up and I pick up my son, my son was upset and told me that the computer only works during the first 15 minutes and the computer just log the user out by itself. Though the staff tries to help him to log in again, the system could not download any web page. When I return from my villa to pick up my son at the lobby, the counter staff imposed a 2 hours fee of Rp50,000. The only explanation they gave was the computer had reached its maximum capacity 40MB and my son log in twice so they are charging 2 hours ! Ridiculous. I had a tiff with the staff and end up I insist only paying them RP25,000. Its an unpleasant experience. At night the place can get spooky and there is this eerie feeling whenever we enter the bathroom at Jepun no. 3. I could not sleep till 2 am on our 1 day stay there. Dont think we would want to stay there again.

Wasnt even cleaned! Found a half used...
Wasnt even cleaned! Found a half used shampoo bottle and the tub looked like it wasnt even scrubbed.. My wife was extremely unhappy and upset.

We stayed in Bali Masari during our...
We stayed in Bali Masari during our short honeymoon trip in January 2009. We have chosen Bali Masari over another 5-star Villa that is located in the center of Ubud. We prefer Bali Masari for its affordability, service and peaceful setting. It turned out to be an excellent choice! We have all the privacy, first-class service, royal massage treatment and also cosy rooms with traditional Balinese fittings. All these with a very affordable price! The price was almost half of what we would pay for another over publicized 5-star hotel package. Many thanks to Sudiana, Manis, Dwika and Sarwada from the villa. Special thanks to Yani whom have specially arrange an ultimate romantic package that we would both treasure for live! We would definitely come back again to Bali Masari!!

This villa is located in the middle...
This villa is located in the middle of forest surrounded by local villages so that you can see the beautiful mountain view in the morning instead of beach. There is a romantic swimming pool on top of the hill right next to the main entrance. You can enjoy romantic dinner beside the pool if you ask them to set it up. The spa was very soothing, also. The couple room was faced open to the mountain valley so no body can bother except for a few of singing birds when you get the massage.
