A big hotel from a big chain...
A big hotel from a big chain with all standard stuff attached to this type of hotels. Food quality is standard, they serve plastic bottles in room which is bad for the environment. The personnel is not enough. Far from what is luxury for me.

The grounds of this hotel were immense and beautiful; our room design and size were excellent; the bed was large and had a perfect consistency. We loved it!

The Restaurant by the pool is not worth the money in terms of food quality, taste and the value.
We had the most tasteless Indonesian fried rice in Bali.
And the food took long time to cook.

It was a great stay and perfect...
It was a great stay and perfect holiday. Location of the hotel is perfect (on the beach) and hotel staff is very polite and helpful.More vegetarian dishes on the hotel menu as well in buffet breakfast could have made it more enjoyable. However, would still prefer to stay at this hotel again.
