Great central location close to Kuta square...
Great central location close to Kuta square and Poppies lane. We had a villa it was quiet and well appointed with a great little pool and outside living area. Bathroom needed some maintenance and pool tiles in one villa needed some replacement. Breakfast good, service great.

I had a great stay at Aneka Kuta Beach Hotel ... conveniently located to Kuta beach ... just next to Mercure/Hard Rock Hotel ... walking distance to shopping area such as Poppies lane 1/Legian street and kartika discovery ... walking distance to Waterbom too ...
Very dirty, old hotel and countless mosquitoes...
Very dirty, old hotel and countless mosquitoes everywhere. Reception staff not friendly at all and very reluctant to help. Only restaurant staff is friendly but only 3 choices for breakfast. Noisy rooms as they face a busy and noisy back lane. We will never stay in this hotel again and will discourge anyone going to Bali to stay there too. Recommendation: Forget about staying in this hotel. Do not let the good location deceive you.

The toilet was okie except for the shower curtain.. the tv, it was so small we had to sit right in front of it to watch it.. However for location wise, its PERFECT! we were just 5 mins away from the beach..

Tap water in bathroom is salty. ...
Tap water in bathroom is salty. We have to buy mineral water to wash our mouth and face, etc but we have no choice when we take our bath. Mattress is not comfortable especially the one on the floor mat. Air-cond is not cool. Overall feel is "old". Room size is good and location is quite strategic.
The only selling point of this hotel...
The only selling point of this hotel is its location....Kuta Beach. Otherwise, the hotel has seen better days...a long time ago.
With the price I paid, I could've gotten newer and better accommodation elsewhere.
One of the reasons we chose this...
One of the reasons we chose this hotel was the fact that other hotels along Kuta Beach were full and we like its perfect location.
There are no facilities, except for a small pool and an outdoor massage area near the pool. Unfortunately, we could not locate the masseuse and was not around throughout our stay there!
The staff are courteous but not that friendly. The standard room size is rather small and the furniture is old. However, the housekeeping department compensated this with regular cleaning and tidying of the rooms and corridors.
Another plus point is that its location although near the bustling road, yet it is very quiet since the hotel is located deeper inland via by a small lane.
This hotel is perfect for budget travelers but not for those who needed a little more pampering and better ambiance.

I like the Aneka Beach Hotel because it is 5 minutes walk to the Kuta beach and also right in the shopping area of Kuta.The staff are friendly and the breadfast is O.K. I hope to stay there again if I visit Bali.
