The Grand Balisani Suites is a clean & nice hotel. Room is big, clean & pleasantly decorated in Balinese design. Value for money. Easy 15-20 minute shuttle ride to Kuta & Legian. Very friendly & hospitable staff. Room service good food & reasonable.

Grand Balisani Suites is a really lovely hotel. massive bed and double bath in the standard room. The staff were so nice and helpful. There is a regular shuttle bus provided to take you in and out of the centre. It is an easy journy which takes about 15mins. The music they play constantly is a little irritating and the beach isnt good at all but this was by far the best hotel i stayed in on my travels - and its such great value for money. Room service is very affordable and the restaurant menu is basic but good value for money. Compared to a four star hotel I saw in Bali this was so much better. If I went back to Bali I would definitely stay here again. It gives you a real flavour of Balinese culture.

The Grand Balisani Suites hotel was more than suitable for a three star. The staff were generally very friendly and attentive, although a couple of members did tend towards complaining about their financial circumstances with the view to coercing large tips out of us. I found the DVD channel a good extra and made use of it when we were in the room.

It's a pleasure to stay with Grand Balisani Suites. Free shuttle and a very romantic view. Great service, nice treatment and Peaceful. However, room maintenance need to be improve. Broken bulb not being change, water stopper not provided for the bath tab. Given after requested. Overall, the best place to stay. Thank you for the best treatment.

The room's a little run down, lights did not work properly and too dim. Good thing free shuttle is provided to town. Hotel staff are rather helpful and polite.
