Disappointment Stay at Hardrock kuta bali
This is our second stay at Hard Rock Bali. this time is a big dissapoinment for us.
On the first day We arrived abt 5:30 pm and they told us that our room are not really
this is really a big shock for us as we already booked our rooms 3 months in advance
and we arrived very late, and yet we have to get the news that our rooms are not ready
we are very tired and with a 3 yrs old kid who are sleeping. Later they give us a temporary for us to rest. But we are really not please to get that.
Secondly, we book the Deluxe suite rooms and we are actually a bit dissapointed as well,
the rooms are quite small and there are some problem with the toilet flush, broke all the time,
And the rooms service cleaning was very clean, the pillow smells like vomit.
Next was the Breakfast, we are told that we could have VIP Breakfast by the pool.
turn out that the breakfast was a la cate and we can only order once. Why they call it VIP
when the food as less the regular buffet and you can only order once. And the waiter/ss
are rude, They only kind and serve well to the Western people, we asian are being disregard.
Are not paying the same amount of money for the rooms? anyway this is our last stay at HardRock Bali.
My suggestion is dont stay at Hard rock bali is really a big dissapoinment for the same price
you can get a better room and services at nusa dua Hotels like Conrac,Hyatt or others five star hotels..
