There was no mentioning of the cottages and the pool not being existend anymore. A new hotel is being constructed in their place hiding the view to the sea as well. There was no information to that extend when we booked. We do not recommend to stay here until the new hotel can be used.

Fairly peeved at the service we got. My fiance and I booked the hotel room 3 months in advance requesting a double bed and we still got two singles. When I asked reception about why this had been done they advised that they had a full hotel and it was understandable that I was tired? WTF - The issue had nothing to do with me being tired, it had to do with a request being put through 3 months earlier that was not actioned. Also didn't appreciate being woken up in the morning and later at night by Islamic prayer time. I have no problem with balinese culture or religion but some foresight would have been appreciated when allocating foreigner rooms. The majority of guests during our stay were there for a cultural festival....

We stayed for 10 nights. Room was ok. Lighting very poor mainly due to power saving lights. If you want to read in bed bring your own lamp. Service was very good. Pool and other facilities very good. It is in an excellent position. Mini bars out the front on the beach are fantastic. Will definately go back there again. Hopefully next year

We got upgraded to a deluxe room...
We got upgraded to a deluxe room which was just fabulous!! Staff so friendly, beautiful surroundings. Pool was amazing and so clean. Buffet breakfast included which was great, choice of food for all. Spa was right on hotel grounds and offered great service. Hotel right beside the beach which we were so happy with. Nice and quiet at night even though you are right in Kuta. Did not want to leave!! Pure luxury if you book a deluxe cottage. Perfect for a couple. Would definitely go back there.

The location of the Inna Kuta is...
The location of the Inna Kuta is perfect if you want to be in the middle of Kuta, the beach front is great and easy walking distance to the whole of the Kuta area. The outdoor area and swimming pool is also great with swim up bar and kiddy swimming pool. They are currently renovating the rooms which is well needed, especially the bathrooms, they havent started renovating the cottages yet, but once they have finished this will improve the cleanliness of the bathrooms. If you enjoy sitting out on the balcony, I suggest the ground floor or cottage rooms as the upper level balcony's are not very big. The breakfast that is provided is sufficient with a reasonable selection. Overall I have rated the hotel mainly on location and being a beach front hotel.

First we asked for a ground floor room.Due to having 2 children in prams.We didnt get it.We had too cart prams up and down stairs.There was renovations happening.Bang bang all days long.The shower was cold.The airconditioner in my friends room didnt work. The bath room smelt really bad. On the positive.If the renovations were not happening it wouldnt have been that bad. Pool is awesome.Breakfast is good.Dont dine in there food sucks.Dry crayfish. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is awesome.Backs onto the beach,where you can just walk out and grab a beer. Oh yar the water dripping outa the downlights and from the ceiling,wasnt crash hot either.

we went to the inna kuta hotel...
we went to the inna kuta hotel for a holiday with friends. While the location was good the hotel left alot to be disired. On the night of our arrival we found the hotel under SERIOUS construction. I had a shower that first night only to find the bathroom flooded. Over the next few days the air con broke down and it took forever for someone to come and look at it, and when they did the guy didnt have a clue what he was doing said it was fixed (it wasnt) and walked away. He didnt speak a word of english. It took days for our air con to get sorted and we were told to move rooms then they had nothing avaliable. We finally got moved but it was directly under the construction and then if we wernt getting woken up by our extremly noisey nieghbours we were woken by the workers smashing concrete. We have staye in Hotels all around Aust and throughout Europe and I promise this is the worst 4 start hotel ever! more like a 2 star. This was my 6th visit to Bali so i new what to expect with Bali Hotels and this was well below average. I am/was extremely disapointed, no compensation was offered not even a drink or meal. Any compensation was strongly refused. PLEASE DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! If you are new to Bali we say stay in a 4 star in Legion area just a little out of Kuta but cheaper and the quality is 20 times better!
