I would rate this my stay at this hotel as below expectation. On day 1 when I entered the room, it was full of mosquitoes, I need to call room service to clear it. Latch of the room was loose and every time I need to spend 5 to 7 minutes to properly insert the key into it. There was no hot water in bathroom, they gave a reason that its raining outside and water heaters work mostly on solar energy, as there is no sun, its taking more time to get hot water through electrical heaters. On Day 4 water started dripping out of A/C and in bathroom also it started getting choked.
On the other side, landscaping of the hotel is good, restaurant and breakfast was nice.
Cleaning services were good.
Overall hotel mgmt needs to improve on points mentioned in 1st para. Its very difficult every time you call room service, wait for the technician to come in and then he will resolve the problem, especially when u r busy on sight seeing tours, u cant keep on waiting for such things to get resolved.

first room was musty but after talking to reception we were moved next door and rest of stay was fantastic highly recommened the hotel and location
We stayed at the Kuta beach club for the 2nd time since the rooms have been renovated. The overall experience at this hotel is good value for money. The staff could be a little friendlier except for warni, who always welcomed us every morning at breakfast and remembered that we like to order hot water for our own nescafe and tea brought from home.
The one thing that let's this hotel down is the lack of cleaning up by the staff, one night we ordered room service and the plates were still on the balcony table 2 days later and even though our room was cleaned everyday there were still dirty coffee cups left on the bedside table. Also the pool staff didn't seem to clean up around the pool after we had eaten or had drinks.
The don't seem to have enough pool towels available so you need to go first thing in the morning to get them before they run out for the day!
The best thing about this hotel is definitely the location..to walk out your door and have markets, restaraunts, waterbom park, centro and matahari is awesome.

Good weekend
We enjoyed our visit at Kuta beach resort. Every thing was good as far as I am concerned exept for the coffee and some of the food at breakfast.
Omeletes and egg dishes very good, not struck with the rest.

For a short stay it isn't too bad. The pool most definetly requires more deck-chairs. The buffet breakfast needs more variety and choice: presenting exactly the same small meal every morning pushes you to have breaky somewhere else.

hotel is ok good location but it is 3* so i guess you cant expect too much. is near the shopping centre matahari.

Hotel is located on shopping area, very convenience, and easy to walk to the Kuta beach. I really love hotel decoratives and pools.
Kuta Hotel by The Beach
Hotel Kuta Beach Club turned out to be a nice experience for just throwing a dart at the Bali Hotel list. Not right on the beach, but only a 3 minute stroll. Right in the middle of the Kuta beach "action". A nice mix of young adults to the other end of the scale...... not a noisy backpacker group. Lovely grounds with great pool facilities including a swim up bar. The included breakfast was above average featuring most anything for any taste. For other meals a very inexpensive food service in a covered open air dining area. Free WiFi not in the rooms, but in the lobby and pool areas, and a secure safe box at the front desk.
