We enjoyed our stay as honeymooners at Mercure Kuta. They gave us complimentary mocktail and cake upon our arrival. We felt pampered as guests at the hotel. We were impressed by the service and its overall facilities.

The hotel was nice and very comforting, a bit expensive as we were budgeting but still really nice.
The rooms were pretty basic and our sea view wasn't that great as we had painters outside painting the barriers in the morning. If you book ocean view rooms make sure it is on the third or fouth floor.
Apart from that, service was great, location was perfect right by the beach and this hotel offers a very friendly atmosphere with a great swimming pool offering great views.

Mercure Kuta is in an excellent location directly opposite the beach. A modern tourist hotel but staff are very helpful and freindly. It is worth paying extra for ocean view rooms which are larger as the other rooms are quite small.

I stay in Kuta two weeks, but stay in Mercure just one night, Mercure is my trip unforgettable one. I am highly recommended this hotel. The good location, service and the comfortable sea view room is excellent.

thanks asia rooms! with your help my wife and i had a wonderfull time in bali. the hotel is just infront of the world famous kuta beach. the rooms are bit smaller than what i have imagined. the position of the bath tub was not that good. the food was really great and worth every penny spend. the pool was spectacular which is situated in the 4th floor. ovwerall it is just another 3 star hotel with moderate fascilities. next time we will stay in hotels along jl dewi kartika, rather than mercure.

The room is small but ok and clean. Although we had a few problems with the bathroom, the hotel did attend to all our request and complains.

You may consider this hotel if u like to stay in Kuta. But don't expect tranquility as the hotel is quite compact and crowded.

First room was so small we had to move. The view was of the street but the room size could only include the bed.
Too much noise from the Hard Rock next door and the bus station accross the street.
We ended up staying at 2 other hotels in Bali which were much better. The best for the money and location was Hotel Kumala Pantali.

We had a wonerful stay at the Mercure on Kuta Beach, the location was perfect, across the road from the beach and close to all the great shops and restaurants; yet when we were in the hotel is was like we were in our own quiet oasis. The architecture is a mix of modern and traditional balinese design, the roof top pool is hard to beat and it has great views across the beach front. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly. I recommend this as a great place to stay in the heart of Kuta and I will definately return to this hotel again.
