the room is small, but the swimming pool is supperb!!
breakfast are delicious, location is just nice. opposite the crowded beach, and near to shopping areas.
but may be too crowded if u'r looking for a rest & relax trip.
Lovely hotel. Was just a stone throw away from Kuta beach where plenty of surfing could be done. Shopping around the area was fantastic. Pool view was great but it was small.
Rooms were pretty small but decent. However, breakfast variety was lousy and reception unfriendly and rude!
On the whole, suitable for short stay and value for money!!
Not worth for money in terms of service. The staffs are not friendly nor helpful, may be we are not western people so they didnt see us. Environment is OK, but there's a lot more hotel provide good service with lower rates.
MY STAY AT MERCURE WAS EXCELLENT DUE TO THE LOCATION. SITUATED JUST A STONE'S THROW AWAY FROM KUTA BEACH GAVE ME THE BEST VIEW OF THE SUN, SAND, AND SEA. THE OVERALL SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS WERE OUTSTANDING, EVEN THOUGH THE HOTEL COULD DO WITH MORE FACILITIES SUCH AS A GYM TO BURN OFF ALL THE ALCOHOL AND FOOD CONSUMED IN BALI! YOU GUYS HAVE TO CHECK OUT MERCURE'S SWIMMING POOL!!! BREATHTAKING VIEW OF THE OCEAN!!!
My overall stay is quite peaceful. The Bathroom tiles and bathtub need a revamp! It's v old...and sometimes when i'm taking a shower, the water stop and i had to turn off and on again. Quite irritating! Bathroom size is big though. My deluxe ocean view room is at the last room, abit noisy during breakfast time as it is right next to it. The location is quite convenient!
The hotel is very well located for those interested on the busy and noisy night life of Kuta. Kuta beach is quite good, but nothing compared to those at Semyniak and Nusa Dua. There is a busy road betwwen the hotel and the beach, but you will probably not stay at Kuta Beach anyway. Good services and facilities compared to the low price. Would rather choose another hotel for staying next time (much more due to the location than to the hotel itself).
We were staying as a triple. We actually booked for three nights but we liked it and stayed a further two nights. It is an ideal location, and the swimming pool is good with a direct view of the oceon. The architecture is beautiful and it is a small good hotel. I wish their costs for internet connection should be less and that welcoming flowers etc should also be placed in the room. For all three of us there was a single key and this issue should be taken care of. What does it cost to provide additional keys?
The service was great. I love the pool, especially the view of the sea from our pool. It was fantastic. The room was clean as well, value for money. :)
Staff were very friendly and helpful, they greet you wherever you go. Pool has a great view of the beach and not too crowded, but don't expect a big pool like Hard Rock's. Room is a little small though but it was fine as we spent most of our time outdoors. Bathroom and room were very clean n neat, with most toiletries provided. Will definitely stay there again!
