Great location and enjoyable stay
Location: Great location, near poppies lane, about 15 mins walk to discovery shopping mall, just right across kuta beach. Convenience stores are just around the corner.
Friendliness: Hotel staffs are friendly and polite and helpful too.
Room: Stayed in the standard room for 3 nights which is on the first floor, quite okay with it but the bath tub in the toilet may be too slippery when bathing, hopefully it can be improved, as it may be dangerous for kids. I stayed in room 124, and knocking of doors can be heard throughtout the day, not too sure If it's the room next door or upstairs,
Cleanliness: Generally clean in the hotel premises
I'll definitely go back to Mercure if I'm going back Bali again, and yes the pool view is just awesomely great!
