For the amount of money you pay i wouldnt stay here again. Fridge wasnt working when we arrived, asked at the front desk to have it looked we were told we had to pay a DEPOSIT of $100 AU...a deposit to have the fridge working...i dont think so! Rooms are outdated besides the bathroom, quite noisy at night, food was ok!!
Best thing about this hotel..location, staff who takes the bookings were very helpful when we needed to cancel a room (no charge) & the pool area! Can get nicer places for cheaper thou

four day break
i have stayed at this hotel many times before and i highly recommend it to all my family and friends the staff are all so very friendly and very helpful it was so enjoyable i had a need to call for some assistance with my tv and within minutes they had someone up to fix it i can only speak highly of this hotel and will continue to stay there my room was very clean and it is very good value for money.

a very good stay. recommended
our stay at this hotel was for 4 nights. the stay was excellent. the staff were friendly and accomodating in every manner. the room was clean, spacious, and had everything one needed on a trip. breakfast was quite reasonable but toaster was very outdated. also, the location of the hotel was very good but not as close to the beach as many other hotels. it was not front facing hotel. you have to cross a lane and walk for atleast 10 minutes to reach the beach. surprisingly, wifi was not available in rooms nor in public places like lobby for free. it was highly priced. furthermore, we had to print our tickets from hotel so they charged exorbitantly for the use of internet at their business centre (where it is charged per minute) and for the print outs. one tip for all who plan to go: reservation should not be made over the counter at this hotel as the rates through these booking websites are much cheaper.

Ok hotel. Expensive. Good points: attentive staff. clean. OK breakfast. good bed. good pool Bad points - price quoted in $US but billed in Indonesian Ruphiah at the hotel notion of the current Exchange rate - effectivley adds 10% to price. Internet costs 200K ruphiah a day or 100K an hour. It was the most expensive internet access I have encountered in the world. note -free WIfi nodes at coffee bar over the road Hotel aLmost on the beach but you have to walk through alleys full of touts and stall holders seeking your business to get to beach. Electric kettle didnt work. Would look at other properties in the future If I returned to Bali

The hotel staff was lovely, the room, however, was not. The rooms and enitre complex are in dire need of a facelift. The pillows felt like a folded blanket. I expected more from a hotel given so many stars. I'm pretty sure it was given at least four stars when I booked. Lights were out in bathroom and hairdryer did not work. Good location for walking to beach, restaurants. Way overpriced for condition of hotel.

Our stay was quite good and is...
Our stay was quite good and is the third time I have stayed at this hotel. It is very convenient for shopping entertainment beach and everything around Kuta. The Spa is very good and also the pool and other facilities quite good. I don't think that I would agree with the 5 star rating as facilities are getting old and faulty and not as clean as many other places I have stayed in.Probably 3 1/2 or 4 star may be more appropriate now. Please let them know to fix the booking problem as our confirmed rooms were not available when we arrived. Service to fix any problems was quite slow. Service at the breakfast buffet was also poor at times. The food at breakfast was always the same and not 5 star quality either. I was very disappointed when we arrived at about 1am with baby in tow and had to wait for ages to check into a room as they didn't seeem to be able to find the booking for two rooms booked through Asia Rooms. Eventually they put us into 2 inferior rooms for the night saying we would be moved in the morning. We also had to keep reminding them to provide a cot for the baby in one room. It was rather stessful at that time of the morning with the baby and we were not offered any kind of refund for the one night in 2 inferior rooms which were at a lower cost.

Location of the hotel was great. ...
Location of the hotel was great. Easily accesible to Discovery Shopping Centre and Kuta Beach. Surrounding have plenty of resturants.

We stayed at Paradiso for 3 nights...
We stayed at Paradiso for 3 nights in May for as part of our honeymoon. We were upgraded complimentary and found that the location was within wallking distance to Kuta beach and shops which was ideal. Transport was easy to locate if we wanted to go further. We will DEFINATELY stay they again.

Dissapointed with pool area. Umbrellas around pool...
Dissapointed with pool area. Umbrellas around pool cafe shabby, mouldy. Expected rear of property to open onto beach, but enclosed and gloomy, thought it somewhat claustrophobic. There was street noise until 12am and also noise of late arrivals walking along passage way and doors slamming. Breakfast poor choice. Only 2 choice of cereals. Bacon is kept in kitchen and only available upon request. Staff were nice and friendly and otherwise hotel was clean. It's location is its best aspect. Tho I am sure rooms up higher and opening towards beach probably have sea views.
