We had a great time. Staff were friendly and helpful, food was good, pool was good and great location, close to everything.
A Wet Welcome!
1.Apparently when we checked in at about 10pm,it was after a heavy downpour.A portion of the pathway to our rooms (ground floor)was under water and we had to take off our shoes.Obviously there was something seriously wrong with the drainage system that need to be looked into urgently.
2.We had a wonderful experience with a male staff at the Business Centre who helped us with printing of an important document even though it was near 11pm.Thank you.
3.The breakfast provided was good.The hotel stated that it catered 'halal' food which should be a big relief for muslims who intend to patronise the hotel.

Could have been better!
old style but good location
Location of the hotel is good, near to the pantai kuta beach, easy to go tourist famous place. Breakfast menu is good, AC is good, the swimming pool is good. But the furniture (cupboard and bed) of room is poor, I think they should change the furniture become modern styles. And mosquito is every where, you must turn on the mosquito trap along the night or call the room service to spray mosquito essence. Last words, you can choise this hotel for low budget and need strategic location.
great for staying in
the hotel staff were really helpfull and friendly and they threw in a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend couldn't thank them enough would recomend to those who are staying for a short while. only the heater of the shower keeps on tripping off
Value for Money
Stayed with family. Hotel was at a gd location n very convenient...5 minutes to kuta beach...walking distant to many eateries fr main exit...backlane exit will lead 2 backstreet shopping. Staff was very friendly and informative...buffet spread was quite good to our standard.
Lovely Stay
Our Stay at Wina was very enjoyable. The staff could not have been more friendly, courtieous and helpful. They always had a smile and a hello. The rooms are getting a bit tired but I could see that they are doing up someof them and doing alot of painting and maintenance.
the breaky was great plenty to chose from, if you want Bali Bali, this is a great way to go. It has western conveniences but is very Bali. The pools are really nice, we had a great time. The position was very central, out the front you are on the beach, out the back in the heart of Kuta. But without the hussle and bustle. It is very quiet in the hotel.

I wish to comment on the breakfast which was squashy and a mad rush for a seat and the food was cold apart from the cooked eggs which we had to queue for. I did mention when I stayed there that it would be nice to have a longer electrical cord for the electric jug which we had to place on top of a box of tissues on the floor so we could reach the plug. The better idea would be to have plug next to the tea/coffee making facilities. Apart from that small inconvenience our experience was great.

here is our biggest problems with the place
- tried to screw us of the room that we paid for. And we wern't the only ones i myself saw 6 sets of people in a week have problems we had tried to give us a king bed instead of two singles
-pool only open to 8pm
