great for staying in
the hotel staff were really helpfull and friendly and they threw in a surprise birthday cake for my girlfriend couldn't thank them enough would recomend to those who are staying for a short while. only the heater of the shower keeps on tripping off

Value for Money
Stayed with family. Hotel was at a gd location n very convenient...5 minutes to kuta beach...walking distant to many eateries fr main exit...backlane exit will lead 2 backstreet shopping. Staff was very friendly and informative...buffet spread was quite good to our standard.

Lovely Stay
Our Stay at Wina was very enjoyable. The staff could not have been more friendly, courtieous and helpful. They always had a smile and a hello. The rooms are getting a bit tired but I could see that they are doing up someof them and doing alot of painting and maintenance.
the breaky was great plenty to chose from, if you want Bali Bali, this is a great way to go. It has western conveniences but is very Bali. The pools are really nice, we had a great time. The position was very central, out the front you are on the beach, out the back in the heart of Kuta. But without the hussle and bustle. It is very quiet in the hotel.

I wish to comment on the breakfast which was squashy and a mad rush for a seat and the food was cold apart from the cooked eggs which we had to queue for. I did mention when I stayed there that it would be nice to have a longer electrical cord for the electric jug which we had to place on top of a box of tissues on the floor so we could reach the plug. The better idea would be to have plug next to the tea/coffee making facilities. Apart from that small inconvenience our experience was great.

Everything was fine except at check in !
Hey ,
we had a great time while we stayed at Wina .
here is our biggest problems with the place
- tried to screw us of the room that we paid for. And we wern't the only ones i myself saw 6 sets of people in a week have problems we had tried to give us a king bed instead of two singles
-pool only open to 8pm

Win a avoid if you can
The place was out of the way in the middle of construction it smelt of sewage and we supposedly had an upgrade..we both wondered what a downgrade was as the upgrade wasn't,t exceptional.

wina hotel stay
Overall was a pleasant stay. Room was big and the breakfast, staff and service was great!! The bathroom was a little dirty looking and the lighting in the room was very dark. The breakfast is amazing but it finishes at 10.00am which is a bit unconvenient for the person who wishes to sleep in. Overall though was good.

Everything was fairly good, except for the laneway down to the hotel from the main road. At night it was a wee bit dark. If you were in a group it would be ok.

Rooms
Overall the room is below average. I believe the enterance door was kicked open before and attempted break in previously. Doggy lockable door handle. Toilet is old and a bit dirty and practically cold water for the shower but hot for basin tap. Would recommend to anyone and will never come back.

reasonably priced, but not reasonably good
Location of hotel is good (within Kuta) although there is a 100m walk to the main beach road. Rooms and the toilets are rather old and tired looking. They don't look as goods as what is shown in the photos. The management should refurbish the rooms to make it more hospitable. The corridors and stairs to the rooms are very narrow and some even have unusually high partition walls that are very awkward and unsightly. However, the common areas around the reception and pol aread are tidy. I enjoyed the swimming pools as they are clean and spacious.
