greatest hotel in bali
wow does not describe this hotel well enough the padma was awesome it was so clean the staff friendly everything was just fantastic we were there for 8 days i was a little worried about bali being a first timer but let me tell you by the day of having to go home i was very sad to leave this place we have been home only 1 day and are already in the process of booking the padma for next year with our kids
well done padma and well done bali thank you for a very memorable holiday

Only had a week at the Padma...
Only had a week at the Padma as it was our 1st time to Bali,and had the best holiday ever. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble, not that we needed to ask for anything. The bedding was superb and would love to know where I could buy some pillows like those (heavenly). Breakfast was brilliant, even the music (thought it was a recording for the 1st few days).The staff are all very attentive, even the workmen working on the renovations were lovely and very appologetic for the inconvenience of the work being done. Can`t wait to go back next year to see it all finished.We also used the hotel to change our money as the rate was quite sufficient.The gardens are a real treat, and it was lovely to be able to get away from the busy streets and relax in the grounds and pool area. (very lush) I also have been very pleased with AsiaRooms for our booking, everything went smoothly (though I was apprehensive about booking online), I had read reviews and thought I`d take the chance, also knew of someone else that had used them before with no problems. The only embarrasing point was when we arrived we were handed our welcome drink and refresher towel (nice touch) and hubby not having ever left Australia before, thought it was food and tried to eat it (donkey!)all had a good laugh at his expense... very funny!! Thankyou Asia Rooms and Padma for a truly wonderful break

When we arrived at the Padma we...
When we arrived at the Padma we were shocked to find the beautiful resort in a state of major renovation.We were NOT made aware of this prior to booking. The next problem was our booking had become 'lost'and we were subsequently shuffled around.We lost two days until we were relocated.There were 9 people in our booking and it made it very uncomfortable. The resort itself would have been a peaceful haven if you could muffle out the sound of hammers 12 hours of the day. Breakfasts were unbelievable, service great, cleanliness - no issues.We only wished we were made aware of renos etc prior to booking.!

Another great stay at the Padma. ...
Another great stay at the Padma. Again the staff were just lovely and couldn't do enough for us. All the food and restaurants were great. A great place to stay so you are just out of Kuta but easy to grab a cab for Rp20,000 to go into Kuta if you desire. Thanks for a lovely relaxing holiday. Thanks

Our 2nd stay at the Padma and...
Our 2nd stay at the Padma and not our last! All staff right down to the gardners were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and patio was a nice extra. Breakfast was amazing with the biggest variety and the pool/poolside service was brilliant. There is a awesome local food cafe just down the street,turn right as you go out of the back gate(tennis court area)with many locals/tourits going there - highly recommended! Also,only a short walk to Seminyak shopping area and Kuta.

Padma hotel is a great hotel for...
Padma hotel is a great hotel for both facilities and location. the staff are wonderful and very helpfull . The breakfast is perfect with everything you could want to eat, a fabulous stay was had by all and I will certainly recommmend this hotel to others.

5 STAR. We have stayed at...
5 STAR. We have stayed at the Padma on our last 5 visits to Bali. We stayed for 11 nights during November 2008 - we absolutely love the facilities, the peaceful location, and the service is excellent. The majority of the resort has undergone major renovations over the past 6 mths. The rooms have modern decor, furniture etc. The gardens are world class - major upgrade done. Numerous ponds with koi fish, huge water sculptures, this all we found to be so restful and rejuvenating. The breakfast at the Padma is the best, the food, service, the location of the restaurant, with ponds, fish, live Indonesian music quitely in the background - all of this makes a breakfast experience 5 star. We also had personalised service on pickup /and drop off to airport from hotel staff. My husband used the gym each day was very impressed with the upgrade of the entire Fitness centre, - excellent. Another area is the programs the hotel offers each day for all guests - great variety all free of charge ie snorkelling etc. All of the above is why we keep going back to the Padma. We have only been home a week but are planning when our next holiday to the Padma will be. Thank you, from a totally relaxed and happy couple aged 50+ from Perth, AUSTRALIA

We chose the Garden Club package and...
We chose the Garden Club package and were disappointed that some of the Rules for this option were ingnored by other guests staying at the hotel. Especially anoying was when some guests used the facilities whilst in wet bathers thus leaving the seats damp. However overall all our stay was extremely enjoyable and we would definitely stay at the Padma again when returning to Bali.

This hotel is in a fantastic location...
This hotel is in a fantastic location close to beach, shopping and restaurants. The rooms where nice and the resort had a relaxed feel about it. Great swimming pool with lots of seating always available. Breakfast is amazing with so much to choose from. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

A Beautiful hotel, awesome staff, situated in...
A Beautiful hotel, awesome staff, situated in a fantastic spot. Within 5 minutes (in a taxi)to both Kuta and Seminyak, heaps of great restaurants and shopping walking distance from the hotel - stayed there on honeymoon - perfect!!
