Very well on Service.I got a Honeymoon upgrade ! That's fantastic! But i forgot to pay tips one day .. and they leave a dirty dish by front door ... Such a direct response ! Cool !

We were on a 14 days long...
We were on a 14 days long honeymoon in Aston Bali and first of all, I've to say, that the Hotel and the services were even better than our high expectations. I've been in dozens of hotels in the past years but definitely this is one of the best in term of value for the money. The staff was very kind and helpful. The building was intimate with the traditional Balinese furnitures, and sculptures. The garden and the pool were relaxing and beautiful with a lot of tropical plants and trees. We have only a few recommendation to the management. Wireless network coverage is very poor, we had some problem with our television, and the selection of breakfast meals was a little bit repetitive. Anything else were superb, and I can't wait to travel back as soon as possible. Terima Kasih! P.s.: If you have a sweet tooth, you have to try the chocolate cake of the hotel confectionery. It was very delicious. :)

This hotel is a resort hotel of...
This hotel is a resort hotel of good class, but it shows signs of wear and tear. The television and cable channels leave much to be desired. It is also relatively far from Kuta, so it is inconvenient if you want to be in the middle of activities. Service is excellent, and food and spa facilities are affordable and quality.

We very much enjoyed our stay at...
We very much enjoyed our stay at Aston .The rooms were very big - TV's need upgrading as does lighting in bedrooms.Our bathroom drain was extremely smelly . The beds were comfortable and air-con good. Service was extremely prompt and efficient. The pool area and facilities / surrounds were magnificient.The pool was sparkling clean and we enjoyed the free pool and table tennis. Breakfast was great and setting lovely.

A large beachfront resort,plenty of activity on...
A large beachfront resort,plenty of activity on the water, however beach itself is somewhat dirty and not inviting for swimmers... The large pool and grounds are great and definately suitable for families. The rooms are large with roomy bathrooms and great corner bathtubs..the balcony however is somewhat small..Plenty of eateries within close walking distance..A BONUS is the Aston offers free shuttle to Kuta twice a day. The downside noisy doors could be heard during the evening,,Overall a lovely place to stay would highly recommend to families.

The hotel is very good. There are several seemingly good resorts in this area. Good Points of this hotel: Good Service, nice room, very good facilities. Issues: Hotel is great but problems exsit with this whole area. Nusa Dua area is very quite with almost nothing to do. The beaches do not have clear waters and are too full of motorised water sports. No one here goes into the water for a swim. The hotel/location is very good for old people and families but youth - Keep away from Nusa Dua/Benoa altogether.

The hotel was in a very good...
The hotel was in a very good position on the beach,providing excellent sunloungers & fluffy towels. The food at the hotel was very good & offered a different theme nightly. For those who like to venture out,there were plenty of bars with excellent food at very reasonable prices within walking distance but the pavements are treacherous. The people in Bali are wonderful always smiling, hiring a Taxi for the day to visit the sights is recommended, very cheap-no schedule to follow as in tours-and you really wouldn't want to hire a car, the roads are crazy with little motor bikes that simply drive where they like. Overall a very good part of our holiday, although I am glad we opted for a two week split holiday as thinks can get a little boring.

I must say I love the bathroom,...
I must say I love the bathroom, the tub is huge and suitable for me to bath my little toddler daughter. The separate shower is good for my husband's injured leg. Overall the room is huge. However, its too dark (lighting is very dim)and the furnitures are old. The staff services are good, always smiling and eager to help. On the facilities, the hotel is not equipped for toddlers. Only one baby chair in the cafe and its not comfortable for baby at all. The pool is nice but personally, I don't like the beach sand in the pool. Difficult to move about while handling the child. My toddler daughter also refuse to put her leg down in the pool. But overall, the hotel size is just nice. Access to the pool and beach from the room is easy and convenient. Nice place to stay. In addition, there are plenty of food/shops/services choices outside the hotel, and all within walking distance.
