Replace the floor please, ASAP!
Room isn't so bad, but the wood floor...they need to be replace ASAP! It' just ruined the entire room looks! The breakfast...I had breakfast 3 times during my stayed, all the fruits that supposed to be sweet & fresh, somehow there are not so sweet nor fresh anymore...tasteless! As for the stuffs, I saw they are very nice and very friendly to foreigners. Hence, I'll stay at different hotel next time!
Family friendly, lovely staff
We had a bit of a mix up when we arrived as our room had been cancelled - still not sure why, but luckily the reservations manager upgraded us so we ended up with a fabulous room, enormous! Everything was very clean and well kept, food was good - breakfast buffet excellent. Good value for money, not as posh and well kept as many of the Nusa Dua hotels, but that leant a nice atmosphere to the place and you didn't feel like anyone minded as the kids played as noisy kids do by the pool.
The real highlight was the staff, extremely friendly and polite, really tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible, great job!

Bargain place in Tanjung Benoa
We probably get lucky because we get the nice room with suite facing the ocean directly

Beautiful Bali
Wonderful Hotel. The staff are very friendly. Great value for money and kid friendly. The pool is to die for, as are the sunsets.

When room was cleaned each morning their was always something forgotton e.g. either soap, hand towels or lotions replaced. Apart from that the staff was always very pleasant & friendly.
Delightfull
My daughter and two children stayed at the Aston for 5 nights in September 2011. Although we didn't get an upgraded room the room we had was clean and had plenty of space. We found the staff very helpful and friendly. We would certainly consider staying at this resort again the location and beach are fantastic.

Our stay at Aston Benoa was fantastic, as usual, rooms are beautiful and staff are wonderful and friendly.
Relaxing
This resort is for those seeking a quiet holiday in bali while still being not too far away from the action in kuta. Eating and drinking at the resort can be expensive (the beer is always hot) so take advantage of the local restaurants and buy your drinks at the local stores. We go to the aston because the staff are great and the pool area is one of the best. Be back there in about six months time.
