A very comfortable 4 star hotel. The (slightly shabby) driveway leads to a beautiful reception area and nice interior. The rooms are comfortable with every facility and the restaurants and staff are first class. Breakfast is excellent and staff professional and welcoming.A nice big pool and great beach frontage with a selection of areas from poolside to lounges under the trees on the sand (wonderful). Pool is large and winding with a nice waterfall but could be improved by paving the surrounds (cobbles look like it is "under construction"). Lots of activities and themes nights and the spa is beautiful. Out the front gates into the middle of a small but friendly village with more great restaurants. 1/2 hour and cheap round trip into Kuta or free shuttle to the Galleria and another nearby village. Can highly recomend this hotel and area for a wonderful relaxing holiday. Maybe not 5 star but first class when it comes to providing a great holiday.
A very nice and fairly huge hotel...
A very nice and fairly huge hotel with a pretty nice beach and pool. This is more of a conventional type of hotel and would be good to try out a smaller more comtemporary styled hotel if I go to Bali next.
Yes I also agree that the hotel should provide some form of free shuttle to Kuta since it's quite a distance from Tanjung Benoa.

The hotel facilities and the staff are excellent. We really enjoy the hospitality from everyone. Other than nice location, the food was great as well. We don't have any complaint about our room except that it's very comfortable. We will definitely come back again.

It is good, very convenient to many interest places. Although there is no free transfer in/out from airport but others' hotels do have this service.

The Grand Mirage Hotel was absolutely stunning the facilities are excellent. The staff are very warm and friendly & extremely helpful. We were honeymooners & the service we received was fantastic we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The ocean view is breath taking from the private balcony, the marble bathroom is gorgeous. The rooms are furnished to a high standard. The buffet breakfast is delicious and abundant. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel & I would definitely stay at the Grand Mirage Hotel again in the future.

We realy injoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were briliant and very freindly, always willing to help. We are vegetarian, they cooked special breakfast for us.This hotel is right on the beach, with various daily activities.The rooms were clean ane with a balcony overlooking gardenveiw or sea veiw. I would stay there again if I went to Bali in future.

I would highly recommend staying here at the Grand Mirage Hotel at Tanjung Benoa on Bali. The facilites are excellent, just what you would expect from a 5 Star Hotel. The staff could not have been any more helpful. The attached Thallasso spa is brilliant, and by european standards quite cheap. There are a selection of restaurants all offering a very high standard of food.
The rooms are furnished to a high standard - Lovely marble bathroom with opening wall into the bedroom. Aircon, Huge television with satallite TV, seaview balcony etc.
Just as well the swimming pool is fantastic. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The Grand Mirage Resort is a decent medium-sized hotel in Benoa. The fairly unimaginative and chunky exterior is not matched inside where the well-run hotel has some nice little touches. The hotel has modern, light and tasteful rooms, some of which peep over the palm trees towards the calm stretch of white sand beach. The large, professional Thalasso Spa is a major draw card offering an original and broad range of seawater therapies and treatments. Entertainment and activities are pretty good and varied, and fine dishes are available from the restaurants. The Grand Mirage has very friendly service, and staff are welcoming and genuine.
