We stayed at the Grand Mirage in April 2007 for 5 nights and was very impressed with our room (we had a romantic ocean view which had a lovely balcony overlooking both the pool and ocean). The whole resort was very clean, we loved the pools and gardens, there were plenty of lounges around the pools and by the beach. The beach was nothing special, but we didn't mind that as the pools were so good. The beach was good for walking miles though, we walked up to Nusa Dua. Breakfast was a little disappointing though, the food was often not very hot, and the service at breakfast was very ordinary, you would have to wait forever just for coffee, they were very slow and uninterested. Although there was plenty of choice. Otherwise everything was great and we would highly recommend staying there as the price is quite reasonable compared to some other resorts in the area.
