In April 2005, I spent four wonderful days at the Novotel Coralia Benoa hotel. The standard of accommodation, facilities and service was truly excellent. The staff were absolutely delightful and went out of their way to be of assistance whenever necessary. This resort caters for all ages and would be an ideal base for an extended stay. On my return to Australia I have recommended the Novotel Coralia Benoa to family, friends, colleagues and staff as a great place to stay whilst visiting Bali. I particulary want to acknowledge the professional assistance of the medical service available at the resort and the reception desk's assistance in the area of information communication technology. I will definitely return here in the future.

We thought the Novotel Coralia Benao Bali hotel was fantastic! The hotel is quite small compared to many high rise hotels in bali, which we really liked. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the breakfasts are to die for! Hotel and rooms are very clean and are furnished beautifully. Would recommend this hotel over many others we have stayed at. I think that it is extreme value for money.

We were quite happy with the hotel except for the airconditioning. We feel the air conditioning was not strong enough.But the rest was quite good. THe service was good,rooms were spacious and clean.Overall I woud say that it was a good hotel.

A beautiful hotel, we stayed over Christmas and had a great time. The facilities were good and everywhere spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious.

Lovely designed hotel with pleasant and clean rooms. Excellent and huge breakfast buffet. Staff very efficient and kind.
However, the beach is dirty and the sea is full of weed, making swimming impossible.
The hotel was very crowded and getting sunbed meant an early breakfast!
The surrounding areas outside the hotel are very rundown and dirty. Local restaurants are good though and very keen to attract our trade!
The hotel shuttle bus took us to a 'shopping mall' which we could not tell whether it was still half built! Inside there was a supermarket - that's all!
Hotel restaurants are expensive but quite good quality.
This hotel is as an ideal introduction...
This hotel is as an ideal introduction to Bali. The theme of the hotel is everything Balinese. My wife and I stayed in the Cabana and it is indeed extremely cosy. However, we could not find the controls for the air-conditioner and it got a bit warm at night. The beach front was okay.
Loved it, we where there for christmas...
Loved it, we where there for christmas and they had an amazing program for the kids. All in all a quiet place but still very easy to get to more action. The staff was outstanding, very helpful and friendly. Also lots of activities for everyone to go and do, both kids and adults. We lived in Indonesia for 5 years in the 90's and were so happy to return and find all to our memories to be true. The people, ambiance, and friendliness, it is all there at the Novotel. If there was a minor thing: the restaurant caters to westerners. Our family was missing more traditional Indonesian fare. Maybe if we would have just asked?? Thanks for a great holiday.

Staff very friendly, superb design to hotel and very relaxed. Panninis served at beach front very good! Location was good, quiet and lots transport options available from hotel if wanting to travel further afield.
