Outstanding again!
This was our fourth time staying with the staff at Novotel Benoa and as always it was a beautiful way to finish our month long holiday in Bali. More importantly this time my parents and to stay with us and the experience they had will be with them for ever. What they loved about Novitel is how the hotel, the gardens, the restaurants and the rooms allow them to feel that they are staying in a beautiful authentic Balinese hotel, and not one that is so Westernised as to remove it from the culture of this country. My father celebrated his 70th birthday while there and during dinner Novotel staff arranged the guest musicians to play Happy Birthday and all of the chefs and wait staff came to our table with a cake and sang. Dad was moved to tears. It was a perfect example of how the staff at Novotel Benoa never fail to go above and beyond what we expect. I highly recommend this hotel for your next holiday.
wonderful place
what a fantastic few days! Novotel was wonderful, a beautifully designed place with lush gardens, great facilities, spacious rooms and welcoming staff. upon arrival I was told I'd been upgraded to a luxury room, which was really fabulous treat, great bed, big bathroom, patio, outdoor shower, and best of all only about 20m from the beach. I stayed there on my own for a few days of relaxation, what a perfect place for that. loved the restaurant on the beach, sundowners, and beach loungers. Great family atmosphere. I would go back there anytime- and highly recommend it!

We totally enjoyed our stay for 8 days. This resort is very beautiful, balinese and relaxing. Apparently the resort was full for some of our time there but you would never know... Plenty of room at the pools, activities, breakfast, etc. We stayed in a deluxe room on the roadside which was really nice. I believed they were refurbished recently. We really liked the location of the resort as well, many great restaurants just outside along with massage, minimart, and the usual bali market stall. Try the restaurant called Cardaman! Absolutely beautiful food, nice atmosphere and good service... Oh and so cheap!
Pool accross the street is closed and the room got mosquitos
I was attending conference in Bali and staying in this hotel. First impression of the room was average. At first the room got several mosquito, although there were a can of insect spray.
The breakfast is quite okay, and again, the pool restaurant little bit uncomfortable, because there a lot of mosquito around the dining tables (the room is a bit low light), besides the beach.
Swimming pool across the street near my room was closed, Although there is a pool on the other side.
A Fanatastic Hotel
We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms, pools and grounds are beautiful. The food is reasonably priced for a hotel of this standard. I love the "Balinese " feel of the place and the fact that it is on the beach. Our only complaint was the check- in procedures . We were a group of 3 families with children and even though we emailed several times in advance to request rooms close together they obviously ignored all requests and just allocated on the spot what was left. It also took 45 minutes to process our check in. Not nice after flights and in the heat with children. Other than this small hitch everything else was fantastic.

Could not have asked for more. Friendly service, reasonable prices, wonderful atmosphere, the total package. I would recommend it to anyone.

There are several hotels along the Nusa Dua strip and the Novatel was about on par with the others.
Nusa Dua is not for the party goer
We had a wonderful Time even it...
We had a wonderful Time even it was only 3 days. The Rooms are big, clean and nice furnished.
The disadvantage is that we had to cross the road every time when going to the main lobby and to the beach.

the location of the hotel is to bad nothing is near by and the restuarants are bad you would waant to be in kuta beach then being far away from everyone quite and nothing to do
