I really liked this hotel-the room was...
I really liked this hotel-the room was big and bright and the bathroom was great too-there was no bathtub but the shower was perfect. The pool and grounds were nicely laid out. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. I felt the employees were some of the nicest I came across in Bali. I also loved the massages in the hotel and found them to be guite reasonable for a big hotel. My only negative is the location-there is really nothing around and the beach is awful. However there is a free shuttle to a nice beach. Overall I was very happy at the Ramada Benoa.

The service is very good, the staffs are most helpful and friendly.
The location is abit out of the way but with taxis, you can go anywhere. It was a good experience on the whole.

Too many boats parking at the beach, swiming is impossible. Just enjoy the water sports or hotel swimming pool.

Staff friendly but I did not think that the hotel's facilities qualified it for a five star rating - especially as it is part of an international hotel chain.

We have stayed in the resort hotel for three nights in Jan 2005.nice hotel with a beautiful garden.The swimming pool is nice.The room is big and spacious.Break fast is not bad.Staffs are friendly and helpful.Nice hotel to stay.Not actually in Nusa Dua Area.No shops or food outlets near by.

We have spent 2 weeks at Ramada, and it was great. Excellent service, staff, comfortable rooms,fantastic pool. The very best was Radna at the poolbar. She never got confused with our names though we were seven and have Hungarian names.
Thanks for making us "bundás kenyér" every morning at breakfast. The buffe was OK but a bit too far-east taste to our western palate.
The hotel is not direct on the beach, though it has a beach bar but you have to cross the street. The beach is a bit harbour like but great for water skiing, beach ball,etc and if you need more people to make a team find Bobby! Anyway find Bobby, he is an unforgetable guy.
So we had the time of our lives at Ramada and thanks for all your patience, flexibility and help.
