Sanur Beach was a joy in every respect. Our room was amazing with splendid views of the sea and pool area. Service was beyond criticism. Everything was spotless and because the complex offered such amazing choices of activities we found we didn't need to leave the hotel grounds despite our visit taking place in April when the rain hadn't stopped falling. The staff were exceptionally helpful, courteous and friendly. This hotel is the perfect place to unwind and be pampered. You can literally forget there is another world outside the grounds. Keep up the good work.

We have been travelling to Asia for 7 years and this was our second time in Bali. The Sanur Beach in Bali is very nice, the staff friendly and everything clean and well kept. We can really recommend this hotel! Thank you for a great holiday!

Generally, we found the hotel Sanur Beach in Bali staff all very friendly and helpful. Sanur Beach is a nice hotel and we enjoyed our stay there. Only thing missing are bedroom slippers!!!

I am surprised the hotel did not give you the feedback we gave them about the hotel. We were totally disappointed by the treatment we had at the hotel and we did tell the customer relations staff there to let the management know that if the guests are treated that way no one will ever go back there. We definitely will not be going back to Sanur Beach Hotel. We were taken for a ride by the hotel taxi, cheated, left stranded in the middle of the night, and he had the nerve to come and harass me in the lobby demanding money when he left had left us stranded in the middle of the night in heavy rain on Legian Street! We did complain to the hotel, and spoke to two duty managers. In spite of that the driver still came and yelled and harassed us! The customer relations staff know about this! We did pay the driver but it was totally unjustified!
The whole hotel staff was like a network out to milk the tourists! It was very unprofessional and it should not be the way that human beings are treated! I can totally understand that they are working hard for the money and that tourists are a good opportunity but tourists are also people and should not be taken as stupid cash machines! Give good service, treat tourists with respect and expect payment for the service!
Bali is a beautiful place and the people are most friendly but our recent experience has been very bad and it will be a while before we would want to go back again. And we will definitely NOT be going back to Sanur Beach! If you are genuinely interested in knowing guests comments and to give a good service do check with the hotel what happened. Maybe the driver has yet another version of the story now as he had a few versions within a matter of 12 hours! And ofcourse the management did nothing about it even if they were aware that their guests were being harassed by one of their drivers!

Our stay at the Hotel Sanur Beach was fantastic. It's location was ideal being situated with the beach at the front and with easy access to the shops and restaurants to the rear. The facilities and quality of service were excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Since we got back have recommended it to our friends.

We stayed in the Sanur Beach in April 1996 and I recall waking on the first morning, looking out the window and thinking I had died and gone to heaven. The garden was a mass of beautiful blooms and the air was magical. I went for my walk along the oceanfront each morning at 7.a.m. and I found it so peaceful. The food in the hotel was 5* especially the themed dinners by the pool in the evening. The hotel discovered by accident that it was our wedding anniversary and we found surprise fllowers with a card in our room. I have never returned to a holiday destination except Paris, but I think I would go back to Bali and I would stay in the Aerawista Sanur Beach. I loved stepping out of the driveway into the village to view and buy the magnificant crafts and it was perfectly central to explore the island. it would be a lovely honeymoon destination.
