We got there and our reservation was...
We got there and our reservation was nowhere to be found even though I had a voucher. It took two hrs to check in. The air conditioner did not work on the 1st, 2nd or third room they put us up. We spent more time moving from room to room than by the pool. We finally called it quits on the third room and stayed there suffering the heat at night. The only good thing this hotel has to offer is price and a wonderful breakfast buffet, but I rather have a cool room that good breakfast anytime. Also the bathroom towels when they got wet smelled moldy (no bleach) I will not stay there again.........

beautiful place, neat gardens, very nice staff, but if you are looking for a great beach you better should go to Kuta beach, sanur is not so nice beach for swiming, but the hotel is great.

My location was near to the restaurants and had in the evening a problem with the music When I come back i will preferred an other room without the noice of the music

It was a nice, clean hotel and good value for money. Hotel had great poolareas. Location direct on the beach and close to town with some restaurante and shops. Only negative thing is that the beach in not very impressiv.

The room was ok but the bathroom was too small and there were not enough wardrobe.The beach was very nice but the sea is always very low so you cannot really swim there.On the beach were not enough sunbeds.They have two big swimmingpools and the people of the hotel were very nice.We had a nice stay.
