Location of the swimming pool was on...
Location of the swimming pool was on the other side of the sea. It was nice to walk between pool and the sea. You can also get massage/pedicure by local people on the beach and the atmosphere is relaxing. Very nice, especially for family with children.

We were in 5 different hotels during...
We were in 5 different hotels during 2 weeks, in Juli 2007, overall for accommodation, location, room, service, breakfast, beach and pool etc...this was the best hotel Other hotels we stayed were in Sanur, ubud and Legian. best regards Robert , Aalter - Belgium

The surroundings of the hotel is well...
The surroundings of the hotel is well kept and beautiful. However, the beach is not suitable for swimming. It is a good place to wind down and relax.

Good hotel. we had nice view on...
Good hotel. we had nice view on the see. All comforts that we expected. Unfortenutely we only staid one night, but a very good night, quiet and with all comfort! Next time we come to the coast in Bali we sure will choose this hotel again!!

The service is good! The food is...
The service is good! The food is excellent! It locates at front of beach, it is very convenient to play on the beach and enjoy the sunshine~ There are many restaurants and pubs outside the hotel,you can either enjoy your meal in hotel or choose to try someting new outside. Inside the hotel,it is very quiet,there is a few people on the beach at most of time,therefore it is very comfortable for couples or lovers walk on the beach~ I like the open-air pub near the beach. At nite,some people from different countries come to drink in it,they are all talking,drinking,and laughing~ Quite relaxing! I love this hotel,if I go Bali next time,I will definitely stay in Sanur Beach Hotel!

It was a great experience to stay at this hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. They work hard to ensure your stay is as trouble free and relaxing as possible. Great location and facilities. A great hotel all rounder. Thank you.

The basic rooms are pathetically small and...
The basic rooms are pathetically small and the hotel guests are mainly European geriatrics. Not a fun place to be. I first stayed at this hotel 32 years ago when it was new. It has not aged well.

The hotel and facilities are good and...
The hotel and facilities are good and set in beautiful grounds. However, the area is quiet and not suitible for people who like a bit of nightlife. Ideal for families as the pools are great and there is lots of area for children to run around and play in. Prices at the bars, etc are relatively expensive. We ended up getting a taxi back to Kuta in the evening to go for a drink. Food in the hotel was fine but expensive, if you just walk a bit along the beach front there are eating places which are cheap and the food is very good.

This was my second stay. Once again...
This was my second stay. Once again I enjoyed it very much. It is quiet with all the facilities one would require and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The only drawback is ocean swimming: you must put up with the sea grass and should plan to swim when it is high tide. On the bright side of this, the sea grass and reef provide very good snorkeling.

The hotel is situated in a very quiet area and is not suitable for teenagers or those interested in clubbing.The gardens and pools are superb,plenty of sun beds and shaded areas,staff very friendly and helpful.The beach view rooms are well worth the extra.Some parts could do with refurbishing but for the money it is a bargain.There are 3 beach resteraunts very close by and lots on the main road.North Sanur is about 2miles away and there are lots more places to eat.The beach looks good when the tide is in but not very good for swimming.Water sports are avilable nearby.All in all it's a good place for a QUIET holiday.
