The hotel was very good and value for money. I have been all over the world but have never come across staff that has been this polite and courteous. The only negative was the hotel needs to renew their air conditioning system. would definitely recommend this hotel.
My husband and I love staying in this hotel as we were looking for a quite place to unwind after busy Kuta and this was the perfect place to do so. The beach , pool and environment is beautiful and this is a real bargain for us as this is a four to five star hotel.
Check out the spa. It was great and the promotion offer was really value for money.
My husband had commented that we are definately coming back again next year.

I would have liked a beach with more sandy bottom but the water was good.
The hotel itself was much above my expectaions. It had many restaurants and bars to cater for different times of day and tastes, two great swimming pools (very clean with good facilities), spacious, clean grounds, and a friendly staff who went out of their way to introduce themselves and ensure your stay was great.
We booked ourself a deluxe room for 3 adults. The room we got was a very bad one. To small and absolutely not for 3 adults. We talked with the manager the next morning and got us a suite. We had to pay extra but it was worth it.
We stayed during the New Year's holiday. Although there was no exciting event, but we could have peaceful stay. Several restaurents and bars in this hotel are very nice and reasonable price. The location is also good. We want to stay here again.
