Nice pool Hard beds
We found the Rama beach Hotel to be very customer friendly, the pool area is out standing and great for the family to lounge around in. Most staff speak good English and communication was made easy. The room was nice apart from the beds, which ours was quite hard and lumpy, the cleanliness overall was quite good.
The staff at Rama Beach Resort were so friendly and helpful. When we arrived we were immediately upgraded to a Garden Villa, which we were very happy about. The pool area is just beautiful and the gardens are lovely too. We did think we would be closer to the beach than we were, but the location was lovely and quite and not far away from all the shops and shopping.

At Rama beach Hotel you won't be dissapointed
We knew Rama beach Hotel was a very nice hotel as we had used their Spa facilities before and some of our family had previously stayed there, our stay was as expected, we were pleased with every aspect of the hotel that included excellent rooms, food, service and location, there is no risk staying at this hotel and we will definatly stay there again, we are frequent traveller to Bali and have stayed in many hotels along the beach from Tuban in the south to Seminyak in the north, well done Rama, you wil see us again

Service was great. hotel was beautiful, the deluxe room was up some stairs and felt like a flat, had its own balcony. bathroom was seperated from the bedroom by open spaces covered with blinds therefore all noise and smells could drift in to the bedroom... not the best arrangement if some one has bali belly! Pool area was beautiful and breakfast was equal to any other bali resort so tasty and reasonable selection.

1. My wife and I were quite happy to receive an upgrade of room from Deluxe room to a Garden Villa. We like to take this opportunity to thank Rama Beach and Resort hotel.
2. This is the hotel that we are pleased as we were looking for a truly Bali style hotel and Rama Beach & Resort hotel is exactly the one.
3. The Front office staff is pleasant and polite and greet us with a welcome drink.
4. The security is very good as they check every hotel guest and incoming vehicles at the gate.
5. However, they are a number of items that let them down and they are:
a. the toilet is enclosed within a glass room without ventilation vent to circulate the odour from the WC. This it can be quite unpleasant at time.
b. The shower comes with a part open air ceiling and a wooden raise floor. This open air will allow insects such as mosquito or other flies and worms to drop onto the wooden floor.
c. The most unpleasant experience is at the breakfast table where we have guided a seat where it was not cleaned properly and there are lots of ants climbing on the table and around the vase. I pointed out to one of the waitress, she smile and did nothing and walk away. I have to compliant to the team leader and pointed to the ants again, then I requested to move to another table where it was cleaned. The waitress is not fully trained and quite disappointing. This need to be improve.
Well, overall, we have enjoyed staying at the Rama Beach and Resort hotel this time.

This hotel had very poor service and customer service skills. Drink and food orders were very slow and sometimes did not come at all. I came in a large group and 2 out of the six rooms weren't ready upon arrival. Found it to be very poor value for money. Also they were trying to charge me double the price as one of my friends for the identical room. Would never return or recommend this hotel to anybody. Also there is no swim up pool bar as stated in the brochure.
