Pleasant stay
The villa and compound are quite pleasant and generally clean, though one of the baths was leaking and my wife complained about the smell in the toilet. The small pool that came with the villa was very convenient and allowed us to have private night swims, a good way to wind down.
Staff are very courteous and well trained.
We were worried about location, but while it is not directly on the beach or shopping spots, it turns out to be near enough by taxi or shuttle to most interesting places and restaurants, and is quite convenient. Some flies and a bit of insects on some days but generally tolerable.

Peaceful Villa Ideal for Relaxing
We found the accommodation very pleasant with a lovely bedroom and bathroom- The private pool was excellent and the whole place had a very nice private feel about it. The villa is a short 10 minute walk to the restaurants of Seminyak and was located on a side street away from the main street. We would definitely recommend Bali Rich Villas.

Most of these staff should be working in a 5-star luxury hotel. This villa is by far a "luxury" villa, however it is nice and comfortable and the staff are really great and truely go above and beyond. If it wasn't for the staff, i would never choose to stay at this property again as it's a bit expensive for the overall quality/services/facilities.

Great service, pleasant and helpful staff who gladly gave us a lift to the bank when we enquired on the location of the nearest bank. Villa also allowed us to do early check-in at 9am and late check-out at 2pm. Airport transfer was provided at no additional charge upon request. Our 1 bedroom villa was spacious and cosy. There were plenty of boutiques and good food around the vicinity but the villa was quite a distance from the beach. Suitable for couples who wants privacy.
