Large hotel with two nice pools, partly under renovation at time of writing, but this was not too disturbing. Great location next to waterbom park, the new central mall and minutes to Kuta beach.

We were greted well by staff. We booked for 3 adults and were not allowed to book fro the 7 yr old til we got there. Staff told us there was just one bed. Four of us in one bed. i dont thinl so. They said that was al we booked. We disagreed and i asked to see the room. it was far away on the 4th floor. it had a queen size bed and no iar con that worked and the bathroom was filthy. I refused to stay there and they showed me to a ground floor room, still filthy and one bed. We are a falily of 4, kids aged 14 and 7, not babies. They agreed to put a matress fot the kids and brough 4 martesses which were blood stained, urine stained and had obviously been in a dirty store room forever. Good enough for a skip. they found the cleanest one which was also good for a skip and we had to put the 14 yr old on that and the 7 yr old slept with us. The tap dripped all night so not much sleep after a long journey. They moved us the next day to a bigger room with a pull down bed. better but still not good, the toilet didnt flush properly and the shower curtains were disgsting. Definately not for families.

SECOND,MY ROOM WAS LOCATED IN OLD PART OF THE BUILDINGS WITH OLD SWIMMING POOL AND OLD FURNISHED.AC WAS VERY NOISY AND TV BAD WORKING.THE "SEAWIEV" WAS IN REALITY "CEMETERYWIEV" WITH CEREMONIES AND MUSIC ALL DAY AND NIGHT AND VERY UNPLEASANT ODORS OF BURNED WOOD BECAUSE HINDUISTS BURN THEIR DEATHS RIGHT ON THIS PLACE.UNPLEASANT,BUT VERY INTERESTING...
NO DIRECT ACCESS TO THE BEACH,BUT EVERYTHING IS ON WALKING DISTANCE.STREET VERY NOISY AND FULL OF TRAFIC ALL DAY.THE RESTAURANT IS RIGHT THERE.NO INTERNET AND WIFI ACCESS INCLUDED.SERVICE OK AND VERY KIND PEOPLE.

Very old hotel with poor maintenance. Flies in the room and during breakfast. Swimmimg pool extremely dirty. I would not recommend this hotel except for very budget conscious travellers.

The location was excellent - close to Centro - Waterbom park, Kuta square. The staff were very friendly, the only thing wrong was the TV channels no cartoon network for my son but very happy to stay there again.

Location, in the heart of Kuta, is ideal, provided you are looking for the real tourist centre of Bali. Rooms are fine, although bed-linen (rather grey looking) and towels (a little threadbare) could do with some improvement. There was excellent live music nightly, which made it unnecessary to leave the hotel every night looking for entertainment. The hotel layout with bungalow/chalet style accommodation set amid beautiful gardens was excellent and could not be faulted. Overall, the hotel represents value for money and makes for an enjoyable stay. Attention to the less satisfactory matters mentioned above would give the hotel close to 4 star rating!

Fantastic location. Huge rooms. Great pool. Restaurant food is great and having a band playing each night is a bonus. It means you don't have to venture too far for entertainment. Would definitely stay here again.

I am a bit disapointed, the hotel is nothing like the Pictures on the net.i booked a suit cottage, there are no cottage ,i stayed on the 2nd Floor in a Suit the swiming pool in the Pictures does not exist, i booked for 3 Adults expecting 3 Beds,they brought in a Mattress wich they put on the Floor untill i ask for a Bed, when i arrived i realised i have stayed in the Hotel befor being missled by the Pictures in the advertising. anyway we made the best of it under the circustances.
