location location location
stayed here for a few nights as i was working in the area the location to the beach and the price is one of the best ive ever had the beach is amazing why anyone stays and goes to kuta beach i dont understand the water is clean the sand is white and you can enjoy great food right on the beach

Nusa Dua accommodation
Not the most modern or clean place to stay in Nusa Dua, or Bali for that matter, however its not a bad option if you want to be on the beach in Nusa Dua without paying over $200 a night.

Whilst the accommodation was clean and the staff were very friendly, the only disappointment is that the accommodation facility needs upgrading to stay in line with Melia and Grand Hyatt. Overall, it was a pleasant stay

It is a large hotel which is reasonably priced. My wife and I like it because it is in a very pleasant area at Nusa Dua , right on the beach with a walking path going right past the property allowing for beach beach access as well as delightful walks along the beachfront in both directions.
It is also close to both modern and local village shops, with a great variety of restaurants available.
The building itself is showing its age, but staff friendliness, location and price offset the lower building standard.

Don't Stay Here
This hotel was awful.
The rooms were very poor and not clean.
The hotel is in a good location but needs to be completely refurbished.
I only managed to stay 1 night of my 4 day holiday before checking out and finding a different hotel.
Spend the extra money and stay at a decent hotel.
This hotel is 2-3 Star at best.

Tha cost of the accomodation was cheap but we Ddidn't expect the hotel to be quite so old. The room was spacious but the bathroom was tiny and in disrepair. The hotel seemed to only cater for the large number of Russian Tourists that were there and as Australians we were largely ignored. The front office staff were quite rude in the way we were ignored while waiting for service or inquiries from the front desk. Breakfast was very average and catered only to the tastes of Eastern European tourists.

Great location
Nice and clean hotel in great location on beautiful beach. Very friendly staff. Close to shopping and restaurants. Breakfast is not 5 star, but ok. Sometimes not enough food, because too many Russians have taken food outside the breakfast restaurant.
It is only for a relaxing holiday - no nightlife.

quality of room
1.the telephone in the room wasn't functioning from day 1 til check-out despite our complaint,so frustrating!
2.toilet floor easily get flooded(no hole for water outflow)
3.corridor lighting not enough
