Great value for money hotel
This is a great value for money hotel. The room is clean and spacial. The breakfast provides good food, with fresh fruits. The room service is not so expensive, same as eat in the pool side restaurant. It's near by the water sports center. My little kid loves the swimming pool, clean and not too crowded. I will stay here again next time.
For its price, the accommodation was excellent. Good breakfast, good sized rooms, good location, good pool and facilities. Older, quiet guests, so not for those looking to party or be noisy, but easy walking to nearby hotels with later night activities. Close to an ATM and convenience store. Check in and out was easy and hassle free. Take insect repellant!!

disappointed that 90% of residents here were all inclusive guests, not that I would have chosen this option but Asia Rooms didn't offer it! Staff were friendly and helpful when required!

The Club Bali Mirage is a very nice location if you enjoy being on the beach. The beach itself is not really "swimmable" because of all the seaweed, but the beach is groomed daily and lots of water sports takes place out on the water, so it's not a bad place to sit and hang out. We stayed during "high season", so the price was a bit above what I was hoping to pay, but we booked late and feel like we got a good deal considering the season and location. Lots of local restaurants are within walking distance, but not much in the way of western franchise restaurants. The room itself comfortably slept 2 adults and 3 children (ages 8-12) with two ~1.3m wide beds and converting the sofa into a bed (no extra charge). The staff was very helpful and quick to make repairs and accomodations, but there were quite a few needed. Our refrigerator needed replacing, broken box spring on one bed, safe malfunctioned, and bathroom light needed replacing. Once all of these were taken care of, things were good except for a bit of an odor (like mildew) in the room, but possibly b/c the room was so near the beach and the pool (a good trade). Wi-fi is available for about $6USD per hour, or one desktop is available in the lobby to share between all of the hotels guests (~200 guests?). Not a very convenient situation for someone in need of internet communications. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were there for 6 nights. Free breakfast every day at a large buffet. Things were pretty good. We would consider staying at this hotel again under the right circumstances.

Value for the price was not okay. WLAN internet access 6 USD per hour is not state of time any more. Other hotels provide this in the lobby for free!!! Next to the hotel is a free hot spot were you can use i for free, and you get also a hot cappuccino because in the hotel bar you don't get one coffee machine was broken...
Very noisy AC outside report to the front desk no change the hole week. So sitting outside in the garden was impossible to noisy when the AC compressor was running.
Bad smell on pool site from near running marine engines.
Overall the management is not able to take benefit from the nice location.
Better look of other hotel!
