The Puri Benoa Suite Bungalows hotel room setting is very cosy and the surrounding environment is nice. The only problem is the staffs have difficulties understanding English well. Overall I still enjoy staying there. Another important thing is try to book the hotel from the net instead of walking in to get one. I had bad experience in this.

An absolute value for money. Very spacious and beautifully furnished room, with pretty flowers decorating the room to welcome guests. A nice and big bathroom and cozy swimming pool. Neatly constructed seaview backyard with a beach volleyball court. Service is pretty good and the hotel staffs are friendly. Overall, a nice hotel for a quiet getaway. Highly recommended.

- Rather large suite for 2 persons.
- Friendly staff.
Bad points:
- Poor air-condition in the room (not effective in cooling the room).
- Poor shower facility (weak stream of water, making it difficult to shower properly).

I had my first 3 days trip to Bali Aug 2004. I stayed in 3 diffferent hotels.
When you first visit Bali, you would anticipate and want to stay in a typically Balinese type accomodation.
Puri Benoa met this expectation much better than the other 2 hotels I stayed and 6 other hotels that I souurced for when I was there, in terms of:
PRICE, VALUE, CLEANINESS, TYPiCALLY BALINESE SURROUNDINGS, ROOM ACCOMODATION STANDARD, BEACHFRONT,AND OFCOUSE THE MUCH RAVED OPEN AIR BALINESE SHOWER.....
It is Balinese style 3 star plus accomodation of an exceptionally good standard.

The staff were fantastic and so helpful.
The bungalows and garderns are well kept and modern but still in keeping with tradional Indonesian design.
I would thouroughly recommend the Puri Benoa to anyone who is looking for a peaceful relaxing stay in Bali.

transporting us to the beach in nusa dua, the
galleria and all over - complimentry.
