Staff are pleasant, welcoming and are willing to assist with any issue you may have. The rooms are extremely tired looking, which could be easily fixed with a paint job and new linen. The new pool is fabulous, as are the new rooms, which will be finished in the next few months.

Hotel clean,staff friendly, location good five minute walk to beach,choice of cooked eggs and pancakes everyday,also fresh fruit, for the cost if paid 50% more would still be happy with value,would stay again,good value for its rating

The second time I stayed at the Swastika and not the last! Top Spot in Sanur, even if it is not just on the beach, but their staff does it all, all are friendly, polite and makes you feel at home. The rooms large and terrace great. The pools are clean and nice. Thanks to all at Swastika that made my days between 30/11-14/12 2011 so wonderful!

We were very impressed with our accommodation! Friendly service had everything we were after with fantastic pool area! Breakfast was excellent, be sure to ask for a banana pancake, delicious!!!

great htoel
Fantastic hotel, traditiional balinese style, lovey friendly and attentive staff . we were upgraded to a larger room for no particular reason, big clean rooms, a little old fashion, but hot water and great air con + fridge and TV. In an ideal location in main streets of sanur, very quiet and relaxing, well worth the money, would stay here again.
Value for Money
I enjoyed my stay at Swastika Bungalows. The room was huge and clean, with air con that worked. Bathroom needed updating and the staff need to use more product to clean to give a fresher smell. Breakfast average. Staff all very friendly, and efficient. The accommodation as a whole represents excellent value for money and I enjoyed my stay there, overall.

Husband and I stayed for 5 days June 2011. Staff were lovely, location and food great. 10min walk to beach, close to Hardy's shop.
Only thing.. the qualityy of the towels and sheets could be improved on, however we had clean ones everyday.
Will be back.

This hotel has a very friendly staff, easy breakfast, very simple rooms with a really old and poor equipped bathroom such as a rusty bath or a shower without any curtain. The main door wasnt able to be locked from inside so we had to use a bottle opener and a lock to close the door :D But this is the best choice of hotel for a simple sleep over, not for a relaxing time.
