Villas are fantastic
I would echo the review made on the 24th March as they sounded like they had the same experience as my boyfriend and I.
Positives:
Villas are gorgeous and the pics don't do them justice. They aren't super modern but use Balinese furniture which we liked.
Plunge pool is massive and cleaned daily.
Staff helpful.
Villas really private and relaxing. Would highly recommend.
Slight negatives:
Security asleep 3 times we got back before midnight.
Wi-fi wasn't working most if the time we were there. They were trying to fix it though.
Breakfast is poor which is real shame as wouldn't take much to sort this.
No help with tours or maps. (Recommend booking Ariana Wayan. we bookedhim last minute and he took us to Ubud on Volcano tour-temple, shops, coffee plantation, rice fields, volcano and lunch then Ubud and markets. Charged is 450 IDR but we gave him 500-£35. Well worth it. He speaks very good English. Wayan_Baliage@yahoo.com )
Sanur and Bali:
Visited Seminyak and wouldn't recommend. Hot, dirty, noisy but some good restaurants so up to you. Would recommend Chandi-great Lamb and desserts.
Sanur-some great restaurants. Recommend The Porch (mixed but great Western choices-try the High Tea!), Village (Italian), Ratoutille (balinese) and Bistro95 (mixed-does a great breakfast).
Resort is quiet and hard to find anywhere to get a drink/ food 10.30 onwards but would recommend the sports bar as they had bands on and free wi-fi.
Note if you don't like dogs don't come to Bali. They are everywhere and got taxis home in the end as had enough. Most were quiet and left you alone but couple of crazies.
Not a villa
I expected a villa, like they proclaim it to be, but it was far from it. Its basically a small, old hotel room with a very uninviting pool. And they actually made windows between the toilet and main room / outdoor area. Its old but relatively clean. Location is ok. I had to leave immediately after arrival to find accommodation elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, besides people requiring a hotel room, but for that its seriously overpriced.
Fabulous value. The rooms have private pool and outdoor shower and are fantastic for the price. Look on the discount websites as the pricing on the hotel website is full rack rate. Good location - 100 metres to the beach but 15 to 20 minute walk to the main part of Sanur. Having said that, you don't need to go there. Everything you need is quite close by, including a good supermarket within 200 metres and a selection of places to eat and/or drink are just around the corner. Breakfast was included and it was OK.

Room was great, private pool with jacuzzi was fantastic and its clean. Certainly better than expected from the photos. Only gripes are the boring breakfast provided and internet(they do have but using the telephone line so never bothered). Overall highly recommended if price is not much of a factor.

Excellent hotel, everything the reviews stated. Lovely private pool, they even allowed us to have our breakfast delivered to the room. Mind you, this is the breakfast that is included in the room rate, not something additional we have to pay for. No complains about the room and facilities, just that the hotel is located a little out of the way. Quite scary when walking around at night. Overall, highly recommended. Great for couples, especially with the private pool. Can even get a nice even sun-tan in privacy ;)

it's very nice hotel for honeymonth. the room is so nice with good view. & hotel's view is quite good & it has own waterfall.
but the air condition is not good, the room is very hot in the noon. & hotel is much far away from ubud center.

We had a pleasant stay at this Villa-the personal plunge pool was great! The staff were friendly and polite. Most of the driver will have some difficulty located this place as there are 3 Parigata in the area-just let them know that this is the one next to Bali Hyatt. Breakfast was average only.
