tamukami hotel was great, the room was very good but the bed was very poor. we were a couple and wanted a double bed and unfortunately they had put two single matresses together which made for an uncomfortable hump down the middle of the bed. really this was the only blemish. maybe a choice between upstairs or downstairs rooms would have been handy. we would book again.

Breakfast
I gave breakfast 1 (very poor) as it did not match the good quality of the hotel. We had three free American breakfasts but only ate it once on the first day and ate breakfast outside after that. Please improve on the American breakfast quality and your hotel will be perfect!

Everything from start to end was amazingly good, i love this place. Service is ingredible, everybody is smiling all the time. Owner comes atleast, once a day, asking you if everything is allright, makes you feel like you are wanted there. Pool is clean, food was great and all the atmosphere really really fine.

We found the service excellent the staff friendly, the accomodation was superb, clean rooms, large, other guests were really nice, pool was a good size for number of guests, not recommended for young children but for couples and families with older kids, this is definately the place to stay.

Fantastic
My husband and I stayed for 5 nights here and had an amazing experience mostly with the staff. They are the happiest we have been honoured to meet. Most staff said it was due to working for amazing people and told stories about the Dutch owners who usually live there. The room was nice, the food was amazing, breakfast was great. Staff were extremely accomodating as it is smaller boutique accomodation rather then "resort style". Location fantastic, 1 street away from the beach, restaurants, cafes, shops, markets right next door. Will be back to Sanur in April 2011 and will stay here again..

Very pleasant and quiet stay
I was picked up from the airport and the driver was very personable and safe. The hotel had everything ready for me and check-in was quick. I only had the breakfast, which was fine, but the other guests seemed to be enjoying their meals. The location was good and it was central to Sanur without being noisy. The room was spacious and the only draw back was the not-so powerful shower. It still worked and was sufficient but a better shower head would solve the problem.
Overall, a very pleasant stay.

wonderful experience
Tamukami is one of the nicest places we have stayed .a small but excellent hotel in the heart of Sanur .could not fault it in any way .Well run by a lovely Belgium family and their wonderful staff The restaurant was first class with a very vried menu at resonable prices and entertainment mosr nights would have no hesitation recomending to anyone

This hotel was a delight to stay...
This hotel was a delight to stay at beautiful gardens ,huge rooms and excellent bathrooms very neat and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful Restuarant food was beatuiful and not expensive on selective nights they have singers etc and was lot of fun. We found the hotel to be very quite and relaxing And we would return and recommend this hotel any one
