I have stayed at many different Hotels...
I have stayed at many different Hotels in Bali and found the Tamukami Hotel to be one of the better ones. I found the Boutique Hotel to be spotless, we had a Superior room and found it very large and comfortable however a little old. The Staff were very friendly and polite nothing seemed too much trouble. The swimming pool was fantastic, the restaurant spotlessly clean and the food and service wonderful. I would hightly recommend this Hotel and will definitely stay there again but most probably upgrade to a Deluxe room.

A hidden gem with attentive staff who...
A hidden gem with attentive staff who could not do enough to please. The hotel, whilst not directly on the sea front, was only 5 minutes walk away but ideally located near to numerous restaurants. The hotel owners were on site 24/7 and made a concerted effort to chat to all the guests each day. The hotel was clean, the breakfast menu catered for all tastes and the hotel tried to offer a wide variety of extra facilities such as massage, trips etc. I would definitely recommend Tamukami.

Our simple recommendation is - if youre going to Sanur, look no further and stay at Tamukami. The accomodation was perfect and in a central location.

My wife and I had looked at...
My wife and I had looked at this hotel and eaten at the restaurant on previous trips and were looking forward to staying there at off season rates, which we did and could not have been happier with the up stairs room with its intimate balcony overlooking the pool, which although small is fine for a hotel with only 19 rooms. Set just off the inland side of the main Sanur beach raod this hotel is a 5 min walk / 10 min stroll through the Bonzai Cafe to the beach and markets, just turn in at Picadilly Bar/Restaurant and walk through.

Wonderful, relaxing, quiet hotel. Service was 1st...
Wonderful, relaxing, quiet hotel. Service was 1st class and room, pool and gardens are kept immaculate. Food was good especially breakfast. Staff were lovely. Only downside to our stay was the beach. It was dirty.

This hotel is set in a great location, has friendly staff, is extremely clean, nice and personal, has great size rooms and beds. We stayed in the bungalows -fantastic value. We could not fault this hotel in anyway and will be going back.

Tamukami was really good, a small privately owned hotel in an ideqal location, 250 metres from beach. Very quiet with pleasant and obliging staff.Always kept clean. Would highly recommend

A beautiful hotel with a wonderful pool...
A beautiful hotel with a wonderful pool set round with lush gardens and exotic plants and flowers. Service was excellent and the staff eager to help and talk. The pool was clean and the water unexpectedly warm for us Brits! The rooms set round the pool were shady and huge, sumptuously furnished with an enourmous and comfortable bed, a quiet air conditioner and a bath (which we both very much enjoy). We used the lovely restaurant only on the first evening as we like to dine somewhere different every night. The owner was delightful but what a shame the owner's wife took exception when I started to enter the pool without showering and although I had just showered in the room, offered to shower again. She did not speak after that and was offhand. How very sad........ The hotel is set off the road running parallel to the beach and this is reached either through the beach hotels or side roads. Taxis are available directly outside the hotel driveway and we were very taken by Rai who speaks good English.
