Good value for price
Initially we were put in a room on the 3rd level which was dark, dirty and had a view of the rooftop of the building in front of us only. We asked for our room to be changed to a ground floor cottage and the staff were very willing to accommodate our request. The ground floor cottage was far more superior (and clean!)
Restaurant food at the cottages was excellent, great value for money. Service slow though. Staff very reluctant to remove dirty plates, glasses etc from the table until prompted.
Location excellent, close to shopping, restaurants etc. Currently there are roadworks on Jalan-Legian Rd which is troublesome and traffic jams are worse than normal.
Overall would definitely stay there again.

Ok for just stay for a night
The location of the hotel is good, close to shopping area and happening street. The cleanliness of the room need to be upgrade. There was water stain all around the toilet and the bed got sound. This make us felt not comfort for sleeping. The hotel do not have Wifi at the room, it just available at Lobby and the restaurant. But the Wifi is good and fast.
The cottages only provide Set Menu breakfast. However, you can have buffer breakfast at their sister hotel, just located 400m away. The food was ok, can acceptable. The staff was friendly and willing for help. Overall, the cottages is ok.
A most enjoyable stay
Everything at the Adi Dharma was terrific. My wife and I had a lovely relaxing time there and were made to feel very welcome. The staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Adi Dharma in November 2010.We found the room was really clean they are currently updating the rooms which will be great.2 bottles of water every day were a welcome relief,so was the fridge and a/c!!The staff were fantstic and greet you with a smile every day,and the food!!!Breakfast which is included in the price was brilliant!!!We actually had a menu to choose from as well as the buffet of fresh fruit ,cereal juice and toast.It is a quiet place to stay with a clean pool!In general the place is really clean,great value for money.We would definatley stay there again.

A very nice and friendly place place too stay stay at , you are very centeral to every thing,the staff are great. you realy don't want to stay any where else
Nice small hotel in perfect position to...
Nice small hotel in perfect position to Kuta with his restaurants, bars and shops. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Although the hotel is at the Jl. Legian it is very quiet because the rooms are located between two roads. Small pool next to the restaurant, breakfast was enough and good. Service and stuff were helpful. But in the nearer future the hotel has to be renovated.
My first opinion of this hotel was...
My first opinion of this hotel was that I wouldn't stay there again,but after a couple of days it grew on me.It is certainly not the ritziest hotel in Bali but was clean had great air con in a large room and very friendly always willing to help staff.There are a lot of guests who return over and over which makes it seem intimate and a bit homely.We meet some great people as everyone talked to everyone and anyone around the pool and bar area. Overall a very enjoyable stay.Would probably stay there again.

Myself and a Mate stayed at the adi dharma for 8 days, room was clean and staff were friendly, water was lovely aswell as the air con!! staff were great and friendly if you passed them on your way around, pool is clean and kept well, restaurant is nice, and gets alot of walkins from outside the hotel guests. rooms were a little on the small side but easily enough room for 2 people.
Great location and 2 entries. right near poppies lane 2, and also exits right onto the main road with a walk of about 1km to the main nightspots (fully recomend skygarden and paddys) and also great to sit back around and have a drink or 2 at the pool.
Fully Recomend the Adi Dharma and would(will) stay here again!
Adhi Dharma Cottages was the first hotel...
Adhi Dharma Cottages was the first hotel we stayed in while in Bali. Very close to the airport, shops, restaurants and action, it is a great place to start your holiday. Eventhough everything is close at hand the grounds of the hotel are very quite and relaxing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and make your stay special. We enjoyed the pool and the food is well cooked and cheap. The breakfast menu is a set menu with great choices. If you are looking to sight see the staff can arrange day travels with your own private driver. Nothing you are after is too much for the staff - they will help in any way they can. Rooms are adequate and cleaned daily. The grounds are very well kept. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to suggest this hotel to friends and family. Feb 2009. Queensland - Australia.
