Nice but overpriced
We enjoyed our stay here because it was away from the crowds. However the place needs some maintanance. We were suppost to be picked up at the airport but there was nobody there with our name on a paper. We even went around asking if somebody was there for us. It was al ok. But wouldn't go there again.
nice room and friendly staff
It's a nice boutique hotel with beautiful room and terrace. The staff are friendly and we indeed enjoyed the room very much. However, it wasn't very quiet as we expected, the chicken were making sounds through the whole night which was annoying. The location isn't good. Hopefully they will arrange more shuttle services.
Our suite was generous in size, however, you could obviously tell that the property hasn't been too well maintained. It was getting run down. Our bathroom cabinet was falling apart from termites eating through it and the air conditioning wasn't working well, in fact our toddler had trouble sleeping because it got too warm for him. The floors weren't mopped because everytime we picked our son up from the floor his hands and knees would be black from dust.
Location wise isn't too great either as it feels as if you're far from everything. Breakfast spread was far too limited.
Such a shame because all the staff were all so lovely and accomodating, nothing was ever too much for them to do. Give the whole place a good maintenance and clean up and we'd come back.
Roosters at 2 o'clock!
Great location, great staff. But to be woken at 2 or 3 in the morning is not what I expected. Village life is lovely but it obviously has its drawbacks.
Our honeymoon at the Seri Suites
We were there for our honeymoon and it was a wonderful stay. Do not be mislead by the outer look of the hotel. We booked the suite room and it was beautiful very balinese. My husband loved the pool and jacuzzi as it was very clean.Service no complaint,everyone was always smiling and helpful. Especially the front desk staff Agus,he helped us with our questions and transportations.Overall we loved it there and would definitely return. Very good value for money as well.
The hotel is situated at Kerobokan area not too far from the shopping areas.The hotel provides free shuttle to Seminyak 3 times daily around 15mins drive. From there you could simply catch a taxi to the kuta area maybe 10mins.We liked the fact that the hotel was away from the shopping area as it was quite and peaceful.
Good for couples and families.
There's a few positive experiences though. But i would like to focus more on the negative experience. Firstly, The facilities were not satisfying at all. Does not tally with what that was shown in the website. First day, we experienced a frequent blackout of our villa. But, the staffs are superb. They really tried their very best to satisfy their guests. The noises made by the dogs and roosters in the middle of the night was really disturbing. I'm still wondering where's the private beach??? Sorry to say, breakfast is not satisfying at all. Orange juice doesn't taste like orange juice. Room were not cleaned properly. Toilet flooring were very dusty, i had to spray water all over the toilet flooring in order to feel comfortable. Face towel was also dirty. Swimming pool full of leaves when i was there with my wife.
Once again i would like to thanks all the staffs working in seri suites as they never fail to smile everytime they see/attend to us.

Had a great 2 nights, staff were very friendly. Room service was quick & efficient. Pool was nice. Very good room for only $50USD a night :)
all the staffs are friendly and likes to smile..really feel warm and cosy
toilet abit squeezy to get to the...
toilet abit squeezy to get to the shower area. not good for seniors to move around this tight spot in the toilet. cable tv was good, though the surround speaker system didn't seem to work. Room was great with lots of space.
